We had our sons birthday here the other day. For about $225 you get to invite 20 people, get five pizza's, four 2-liters of soda and each kid gets ice cream. You also get your own closed-off area so that you can stash gifts, balloons, whatever have you. They also have a hostess bring out the food and drinks and help you with things. That portion was great, the private area (which is outside and near the main pool) was very beneficial. The pool itself really couldn't be better. My son is eight but the water options include a pool that ranges from inches of water to 6ft. Inside the regular pool they have a large smaller children's play area with falling water, a slide and other things to play around with. Nearby they also have an an area where you can walk through two separate water falls, a small children's slide and jump off the side..through the waterfall. A rope divides the shallow and deep sections at 4ft, so the kids naturally gravitate towards their end of capability. Off to the side they also have four different slide options. The first slide starts up in a tower and you body slide down a covered tube that moves pretty fast. The tube itself is pretty long so this was a popular choice for my kiddo and his buddies. The other slides are on a separate tower. There, you can choose to go down in a tube either solo or double, or down the third slide without an inner tube. These tubes are all half pipe and when you sway from one side to another you feel like you're going to fly right over a side. These slides are shorter but just as cool as the large, covered slide. Although birthday parties are relegated to an hour and a half, that only means that you have the designated party area for that time frame. They allow you and your guests to arrive at any time and leave at any time, without an extra charge. Last but not least, when having a party here you can add on as many guests as you want (above the 20) and they get in for the reduced price of $5. All in all I think we had close to 40 people for my sons birthday party and you just can't beat what we received and a great day at the pool.

I promised myself this year I was going to come to turtle splash and I did! What a better place to enjoy swimming and going down the. Water slides but nothing better with my son Mike. He spent time with me a had a lot of fun and sun burned too. My son gave me a lot of encouragement to go down in the cute inflatable boats I was screaming all the way down. We were coming full force because our weight I thought we were going to kill the life guard. What was funny neither of us could get out the tube so I pleaded to the life guard can you please help us so after giving her a huge scare she just simply flipped our boat and we Shiites out of it. I had fun unfortunately I gain way too much weight I could not make it to do a lap and this sport. Is my forte. I enjoy every bit of it

Water slides, splash pad and a big bucket of water you can get dumped on you every few minutes...what more could you ask for?!?! If you like pools check this place out..my favorite part is the safety break when all the little kids have to get out of the pool and watch me float around ;) Great place to chill out..

We had a great time here! Only complaint was the life Guards allowed rough housing, and some running. I'd definitely go again!

Terrible. Very cold and dirty water and clientele was shady. Would not go back...even of it was for free.

As my kids got older and went through high school, we stopped buying the passes because they weren't interested in going to Cypress Cove on a regular basis anymore. So, I hadn't been there in years. In July 2024, my wife and I decided to entertain some younger relatives by taking them to the waterpark. Low and behold, the water was so cold that nobody could stand it. The kids' lips were BLUE, they shivered uncontrollably, and they struggled to have any fun. They didn't even want to stay after only a few minutes. You KNOW something is wrong if young kids want to quickly leave a waterpark on a beautiful, hot summer day! We asked the Cypress Cove staff about the shockingly cold water and they revealed that ever since COVID, the park stopped heating the water in order to save money. They flat out don't operate the water heating system anymore, it's been deliberately mothballed. Say what? What kind of water park doesn't heat the water? That's totally unacceptable and I've never experienced such a thing - EVER. Every water park or public pool that I've ever been to in my 50+ years of life has heated the water so that it's comfortable. My family won't even consider returning to Cypress Cove until we hear that they've resumed heating the water like normal. The only thing I can appreciate about the situation is that the Village of Woodridge, which operates Cypress Cove, is conscious of keeping its spending down for the taxpayers. But there are much more sensible things to cut from the city budget than heating the water at the town's water park. That's ridiculous.

This place is amazing! The water is warm,Life Guards Are excellent. I totally recommend.read more

It's worth it especially if you come often. There are plenty of seating and big umbrellas for shade. Favorite part about the pool is the adult swim time in Dolphin Cove from 11-12:30pm daily. The pool goes up to 5 feet deep and it's where we all walk in a circle creating a giant whirl pool. Sometimes I like to walk against the current for some resistance. There are also 3 lap lanes if you prefer to swim. Adult time is also at Splashdown and the pool is 12' deep. I see they provide some equipment and paddle boards too for water exercises. Ask the lifeguard office for it. When adult swim is over it's fun to see all the kids jumping in screaming, and the adults slowly making their way out. Hurricane cove is another fun area with whirl pool, gator crossing, fountains and sprayers. Nice place for all ages but it can get a little busy. The shallow end is a nice place to get your feet wet and catch some sun too. The red Sidewinder water slide is slower and curvier, which I prefer. While the yellow Pipeline slide is an enclosed speed slide. Another fun slide is The Bowl Slide. Round and round ya go than the slide drops into 8 feet of water! Diving area is at Splashdown, which drops into 12′ of water. There you will find a low dive, high dive, and drop slide. There is a concession stand for basic snacks. Pretzels, nachos, bosco sticks, ice cream, etc. They also sell sunblock if you forget yours. Bathrooms are decent with changing stalls and showers. Lockers are provided but you must bring your own lock. Plenty of free parking too!
