It is ok but schaumburg, Bloomingdale, carol stream and Bartlett are all better choices.

Looking for a zero depth entry level pool with a little kid slide, fenced in splash pad for the 5 &…read moreunder, diving well, and flow rider (can learn to body surf / begin wake board) then this place is for you. If you are looking for a welcoming place to get back into the swim of things then you will be pleasantly surprised. Even when taking my 200+ post baby body to the pool there were no odd looks, stares, or negative responses that I have received at other pools. A family friendly place that encourages all to have safe fun. For those out of resident people that have 2-4 family members the season pass pays for itself within 6 visits or less. -- Just read a different review for this location. FYI - they do have a calendar of events. suggest checking the schedule to know when late opening due to swim meet or if interested (or NOT) in the yearly battle of the bands date. I used to be a life guard and can see the warning signs. I have witnessed several situations (6) where the life guards were vigilant and attentive in rescuing those in need. Not sure if they still do this but head life guard picked someone at random and asked them to subtly test their lifeguards sometime during their visit (Suggestion: be underwater for extended period, grab lap lane & pretend to have a leg cramp and drag self along to edge see if assistance is offered) to keep the lifeguards on their toes. By trying to teach lifeguards to look for warning signs of a potential problem I think they are doing a great job.
