Beef & Mushroom Panini (~$10): with chips and herb dip.
    Aya E.

Ordered: Beef & Mushroom Panini (~$10): with chips & salsa but subbed herb dip for salsa. Large Fresh Lemonade with Mango (~$4) Coffee Banana Foster (~$6): coffee, yogurt, cream, cinnamon, sugar, and banana blended (no whipped cream added) Aya's take: Stumbled across this spot before a long drive back and it was a great decision! The Panini did the job of keeping me full for the drive but it wasn't anything extraordinary. I did enjoy the herb dip with the chips on the side. The Mango Lemonade was absolutely refreshing and not overly sweet. I'm a sucker for anything banana-flavored so the Coffee Banana Foster not only gave me that caffeine kick but was a nice sweet treat. Great customer service also!

Banana crunch bagel with vanilla latte... breakfast of champions!

Great spot for breakfast (served all day) and lunch. I went with a peanut butter crunch bagel: plain bagel toasted with melted creamy peanut butter, bananas, and granola drizzled with honey. It was unique and delicious. Had it with a vanilla latte... both for under $8. Plenty of seating and free wifi. Street parking with meters.

    Yogurt parfait!

Super little find in downtown Elmira! The iced tea - available in several flavors - was delicious and served in frosted mugs! The blueberry iced tea was yum! With frozen blueberries floating in your mug.... Although a bit too sweet for this unsweetened ice tea drinker. I'm guessing you could ask them to do it "light". The yogurt parfait was the best I have ever had! Slightly sweet yogurt with layers of granola, fresh strawberries and raspberries- it hit the spot on many levels. We will definitely return for breakfast and lunch as we will be in Elmira again. They also had a board full of yummy sounding smoothies!

This past weekend I was finally able to locate a juice bar, the one and only (to my knowledge)…read morejuice bar in the Binghamton area and it was alright but definitely could be so much more. The spot is in the same location as a yoga studio. I've been seeing this a lot with yoga studios, the place will have a juice and/or smoothie bar for people to grab something healthy after their workout. This juice longue had smoothies, smoothie bowls and protein/super food add ins for their smoothies. They also had juices but they were pre-made. I'm not favorable of places that sell pre-made juices, they are not customizable that way and I just don't like the idea of them sitting on the shelf until they are sold or tossed. The place did not seem like it did a high volume, which may be unfair to say, I've only been there once, but I would much rather spend my money on a freshly made juice. The juices sounded tasty, ingredients like kale, beets, carrots, apple, ginger, pear, pineapple and more. Their super food add ins were maca, cacao, flax, turmeric, cayenne pepper, ginger, spirulina and others. You could order a wheat grass shot or hot shot too. I came in strictly for a green juice but they didn't have any available. That's what I mean, they only had two out of their three juices at the time because there weren't any others made. I was also interested in getting a ginger shot but the woman behind the counter said they just had a pre-made hot shot which was ginger, lemon and turmeric. Again, the pre-made shot wasn't idea but I was desperate for some ginger so I grabbed one. They were in a fridge nearby and they were tiny. I paid $4 for the shot and it was definitely one of the smallest ginger shots I've had. My go to place on Long Island sells their ginger shots for $1.25. They are made right in front of you, fresh and customizable and they're triple the size. Because of the cost, quality and quantity I would likely not come back here for a shot. You can buy the same thing at Wegmans for the same cost and it's double the size. When I walked into the juice shop I stood at the counter for a good two minutes while the woman working was blending up a smoothie. She didn't turn and say hi, didn't say she'd be right with me, nothing. It was awkward and I almost left. Eventually she finished what she was doing and helped me but the place definitely left something to be desired. The smoothie bowl she was making looked absolutely delicious though. Like I said, this place could be so much more. I'd come here every single day if they had customized freshly made juices available and better options for power shots.

Great smoothies and smoothie bowls. Prices are definitely…read moresteeper than making the same things at home, but makes for a great place to stop while out shopping. Try the Protein Punch if you like peanut butter, and want something less sweet.

I had the house brew, which was good. Even better was the employee's willingness to make it to my liking. The sandwiches were warm and eggs made just like my grandmother would have, fluffy and tasty. Not normally a turkey sausage kinda gal, i was a little hesitant to try, but so much flavor! This is not a place to overlook.

I decided on the buffalo chicken grilled cheese--a classic grilled cheese with shredded chicken tossed in buffalo sauce. The bread was perfectly toasted, the cheese melted all the way through, and the buffalo sauce had a mild kick with a familiar flavor. I really enjoyed this sandwich. I also had a cup of broccoli and cheddar soup, which was delicious, along with a sweet, iced tea. The cafe also has a boutique store and even offers yoga classes.
