July 3rd was the WORST experience with my family I've ever had there. 4 staff on, never had a person on the speaker after 10 minutes, car in second lane was never waited on, pulled through to the window nobody ever came to the window. This restaurant employees some of the rudest people I've ever encountered. They literally go out of their way to turn their back on you and not answer your questions. I once ordered food and went in to pick it up. Little did I know my order was sitting on the counter the whole time. I gave the employee my number and he said it would be ready soon. After five minutes I asked again, and he finally looked at the same bag and then gave it to me. Food was great and cheap, the customer interactions was like a movie; deserves an Oscar. If I could give them no stars I would. I placed my order at the kiosk and sat down to wait for our food. They did my daughter's happy meal right away and had it sitting behind the counter, we then waited 25 minutes for them to get the rest of our food together. Rude to delivery drivers, rude to customers. Won't answer any customer questions. Very combative and super disrespectful. The food is absolute dog crap. Someone close to me had ordered food from this place and their burger was dry, very gritty. There was barely anything on the burger itself and it was supposed to be the bacon ranch McCrispy. What an infuriating experience! Are five separate receipts, including two refund receipts, normal? My daughter wanted orange juice with her Happy Meal but the employee who took my order didn't realize there wasn't any orange juice until our meal was delivered. Refund #1. We ordered coffee but the hot coffee was cold and the iced coffee looked like it was being made in an unsanitary fashion. I tried to get a refund but an employee, instead, charged me again. It took, by the way, 11 minutes to get those coffees. We had to turn around and go back because I didn't notice I was charged twice until we got back in the car. Refund #2. We stopped here on our way home from Canada and didn't realize the reviews or else I may not have stopped. We arrived at 10:42am and there were some people on line but they got to me pretty quickly. They didn't have any egg white delights because it was after a certain time which I understood and instead got 2 egg Mc muffins. They did forget to ring up the second one but the lady was very quick to say sit i'll go get you the other one and didn't charge me and my family for it. We then had another server come and ask if everything was ok and if we were satisfied. It's McDonald's and the food quality was on par with any other McDonald's. We were happy with the place. Um...horrible! Filthy. Servers moved slower than my dead grandmother. I just wanted a coke to go. The dispensers were so filthy and dint work properly, no ice in the machine and crude from "years" all along the soda counter space. I asked for a coke from the drive through window area, and you would have thought I asked the girl, who had to ask another girl how to push the "coke" button n the dispenser....she gave it back to me with no ice and it had the syrup with no carbonation in it. Needless to say I returned it and walked out. The guy in front of me gave up before I did and left without his drink as well. Serious health concerns! -10 stars but that's not possible! My burger bun was dripping with grease , and there was something in the corner of the box (it looked like grease and old meat)the bag was nasty too. Awful. My experience here was awful. Now I will say before I go on, that it was busy. So I and the other customers that I saw we're all being fairly patient. The restaurant was cluttered with garbage and stickiness, and lacked lids and other condiment items. After waiting about 10 minutes for my food another customer points out to me that I've been waiting awhile where's my food? So I asked, and someone had taken it. Okay fine. That happens, mistakes are made. I waited for my food to be remade. And waited. When it was obvious it wasn't coming again, I asked again. At which time I was told that it was given to drive through. Okay I'll wait some more. Other customers even spoke up asking about my food. I finally said either refund me or give me my order I need to leave. I was told " we're really busy," from the manager. Then and only then was my food made. It was a full half an hour after my original order. And this also means that at least two other people received food that they didn't order. There is a big problem at this McDonald's! The biggest problem is with the lack of cleanliness. The tables, chairs, and floors are sticky. The bathrooms are dirty. When you walk in the door of the store, it smells like urine. I have traveled all over the world. This is the dirtiest McDonald's I have experienced anywhere in the world. Including third world countries. Who owns this McDonald's? If I were the owner, I would never allow this situation to be like this, and to continue over a long period of time. I would never recommend this place to anyone. First of all it is a poor example of a "fast food " they never have but one person filling orders for the drive up window and the lobby. That person is running around like a nut. The people don't care if you get your order or not. The place is busy orders backed up as usual. Girl took my order and then went on break. Seeing that the order filler is getting further and further behind wouldn't you think she would help fill her customer's orders? Then you need to compete with the homeless population for seats.
