Worst McDonald's in the whole area. Super slow service. Drive through are very inconsistent or non-responsive. Often misses food items.

Even though we went inside to eat, my Big Mac was cold and pretty dry. Unfriendly workers, and slow. You can't even get into the bathroom without a code. We don't get fast food too often but I know we won't be eating here again. read more

Horrible staff, horrible food. Multiple times have waited in drive thru for over 25 minutes. July 3rd was the WORST experience with my family I've ever had there. 4 staff on, never had a person on the speaker after 10 minutes, car in second lane was never waited on, pulled through to the window nobody ever came to the window. You had 4 staff on and 1 was outside smoking in the parking lot. Maybe you should hire people who want to work for their money. Photo uploaded from a previous order at the same McDonald's read more

McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Elmira, New York

This restaurant employees some of the rudest people I've ever encountered. They literally go out of their way to turn their back on you and not answer your questions. I once ordered food and went in to pick it up. Little did I know my order was sitting on the counter the whole time. I gave the employee my number and he said it would be ready soon. After five minutes I asked again, and he finally looked at the same bag and then gave it to me. When I questioned him and asked why he didn't give it to me when I walked in five minutes ago, he grunted and walked away. Save your time and your money go somewhere else.. read more

Literally this restaurant has scammed me so many times by not coming to the window or just straight up not giving me my food or doing ANYTHING to help with a refund thwy just look at me. Dont come here it's worth the 5 minute drive to another one read more

The best McDonalds I've ever been to HANDS DOWN. Service was unique, treated like a human being, not a customer. Food was great and cheap, the customer interactions was like a movie; deserves an Oscar. In a world where everyone tries to be professional and organized, I often felt like I was treated as an object that gives money to a franchise rather than being a part of the family. I have been to McDonald's throughout the world (Canada, Korea, Japan just to name a few) and never would have I thought the taste is not the most important aspect of a good restaurant - it's the people you encounter along the way. Truly something money can't buy, not even 3 star Michelin restaurant, thank you for this unforgettable experience read more

Dirty. Smelly. No one spoke to me until I addressed them. I wouldn't go back here if my life depended on it.

Worst McDonald's I've been in ...ever. All good was overcooked. Cheeseburger, chicken sandwich and nuggets. Threw most of it out. Need some leadership above to correct a lot of things. read more

McDonald's has the most stupidest people working there. I had ordered TWICE a 2 sausage burrito meal and didn't get my burritos TWICE IN A ROW. Instead of apologizing and saying that won't happen again, the manager said that I can get a refund. I really don't recommend eating or DoorDashing from here. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. I placed my order at the kiosk and sat down to wait for our food. They did my daughter's happy meal right away and had it sitting behind the counter, we then waited 25 minutes for them to get the rest of our food together. When I went up and said I wanted a refund was when they said here's your food. I told them that we're not eating cold food and I want my money back. The one girl behind the counter didn't want to give me my refund, but I got one. Never again will I go to this McDonald's, expressly on a weekend when a bunch of teenagers are working and just want to stand around and talk. read more

i ordered a dr pepper, fries and burgers and got a half full root beer and the fries were soggy. mfs probably off galaxy gas

When you order from here expect your food to either be wrong, disgusting, missing and to wait for way too long. They will almost always forget your drink and if that's the case, you're probably going to be waiting another 10 minutes. You're better off going anywhere else. read more

If you want food poisoning look no further this is the place yall my mom and I got food poisoning here last week! Order was wrong too

Rude to delivery drivers, rude to customers. Won't answer any customer questions. Very combative and super disrespectful. The food is absolute dog crap. Someone close to me had ordered food from this place and their burger was dry, very gritty. There was barely anything on the burger itself and it was supposed to be the bacon ranch McCrispy. The fries were soggy and just plain old awful. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone that I know or even to a stranger. This place needs to be shut down. read more

What an infuriating experience! Are five separate receipts, including two refund receipts, normal? My daughter wanted orange juice with her Happy Meal but the employee who took my order didn't realize there wasn't any orange juice until our meal was delivered. Refund #1. We ordered coffee but the hot coffee was cold and the iced coffee looked like it was being made in an unsanitary fashion. I tried to get a refund but an employee, instead, charged me again. It took, by the way, 11 minutes to get those coffees. We had to turn around and go back because I didn't notice I was charged twice until we got back in the car. Refund #2. The men's room was a mess and the dining room was just as bad. The crew was completely incompetent and unfriendly; they should all be fired. Don't patronize this McDonald's... read more

I asked for a double qtr pounder. Nobody else In The drive threw. I even gave an under-the-table tip because it was late at night. The single room there can't even grill up an order properly. I went to this McDonald's because I was in the middle of finishing some work and I wanted to get out of the house. We stopped here on our way home from Canada and didn't realize the reviews or else I may not have stopped. We arrived at 10:42am and there were some people on line but they got to me pretty quickly. They didn't have any egg white delights because it was after a certain time which I understood and instead got 2 egg Mc muffins. They did forget to ring up the second one but the lady was very quick to say sit i'll go get you the other one and didn't charge me and my family for it. We then had another server come and ask if everything was ok and if we were satisfied. It's McDonald's and the food quality was on par with any other McDonald's. We were happy with the place. Our cashier was very nice and was the person who brought our food and who realized she didn't ring up the second McMuffin. I would give an A for effort. read more

Decent food with cheap prices, although I did find a piece of hair in my triple cheese burger which was pretty gross.

Um...horrible! Filthy. Servers moved slower than my dead grandmother. I just wanted a coke to go. The dispensers were so filthy and dint work properly, no ice in the machine and crude from "years" all along the soda counter space. I asked for a coke from the drive through window area, and you would have thought I asked the girl, who had to ask another girl how to push the "coke" button n the dispenser....she gave it back to me with no ice and it had the syrup with no carbonation in it. Needless to say I returned it and walked out. The guy in front of me gave up before I did and left without his drink as well. Serious health concerns! -10 stars but that's not possible! Try another location.! read more

I really wanted a burger with bacon and on my reicept it says 3 bacon slices and i received one then i told her about it and only got one more. My burger bun was dripping with grease , and there was something in the corner of the box (it looked like grease and old meat)the bag was nasty too. My daughter's drink tasted funny and chicken nuggets were cold, our fries looked half cooked, they were limp and shiny. Erg... i am not happy. read more

Horrific. It is the 18th of November and there are elders sitting in here trying to drink coffee in a dining room that is 38 degrees. It is 19 degrees outside. They will not get another dime from me. read more

Awful. My experience here was awful. Now I will say before I go on, that it was busy. So I and the other customers that I saw we're all being fairly patient. The restaurant was cluttered with garbage and stickiness, and lacked lids and other condiment items. After waiting about 10 minutes for my food another customer points out to me that I've been waiting awhile where's my food? So I asked, and someone had taken it. Okay fine. That happens, mistakes are made. I waited for my food to be remade. And waited. When it was obvious it wasn't coming again, I asked again. At which time I was told that it was given to drive through. Okay I'll wait some more. Other customers even spoke up asking about my food. I finally said either refund me or give me my order I need to leave. I was told " we're really busy," from the manager. Then and only then was my food made. It was a full half an hour after my original order. And this also means that at least two other people received food that they didn't order. The attitude I was given and the respect to the customer that was lacking will keep me from ever returning. And then I had to eat the food. read more

There is a big problem at this McDonald's! The biggest problem is with the lack of cleanliness. The tables, chairs, and floors are sticky. The bathrooms are dirty. When you walk in the door of the store, it smells like urine. I have traveled all over the world. This is the dirtiest McDonald's I have experienced anywhere in the world. Including third world countries. Who owns this McDonald's? If I were the owner, I would never allow this situation to be like this, and to continue over a long period of time. Can someone from Corporate please do an audit hear and force them to get it cleaned up? There are many flies everywhere, in the restaurant, bathroom, etc. It's DISGUSTING. read more

I would never recommend this place to anyone. First of all it is a poor example of a "fast food " they never have but one person filling orders for the drive up window and the lobby. That person is running around like a nut. The people don't care if you get your order or not. The place is busy orders backed up as usual. Girl took my order and then went on break. Seeing that the order filler is getting further and further behind wouldn't you think she would help fill her customer's orders? Then you need to compete with the homeless population for seats. I have never been in there that there was not at least 3-8 homeless people just hanging out using it as a refuge texting on their cell phones(never could figure that out) The place is horrendous -I will not be going there any time soon. read more
