They asked me to send a video of my problem and they would waive any assessment fee. After they received my video they quickly returned with an estimate of $300 to $400. Considering they really couldn't fully evaluate the problem without seeing it up close I agreed. They gave me an appointment for early the next day with a one hour window. They called 20 minutes before they arrived Promptly within the planned time. They diagnosed a PVC pipe that came unsealed from the trash disposal, this loose connection was causing the leak. He repaired it and then called Sal to assess a revised fee. They charged me $225 which considering their professionalism was fair and reasonable. I would most definitely use them again and I would recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing in this area. As someone who has used professional services in multiple states for construction I found this company to be a straight shooter. If you're looking for a bargain you're barking up the wrong tree here. Pay a fair fee for a fair service. Sal Trippi has earned my trust.

Since we opted to use him for the repair, Eddie did not charge us for the diagnostic fee. He is knowledgeable about the different water heater brands, and I feel confident with the product he recommended and installed. For both the diagnostic visit and the repair, Eddie kept me updated via text on his estimated arrival time and was always punctual. The team installed the new water heater very quickly. The price was quoted up front, and there were no surprises when the work was completed. In terms of COVID precautions - the team wore masks and gloves while they were in my apartment.

I had some issues with the shipping company who kept rescheduling. They were great and said just call us whenever it gets there and we will send someone out. I explained that I had 48 hours from day of delivery to have it installed and checked out if there were any problems and I needed to return it. They understood and said no problem, they would make sure they had someone there to install and inspect. They sent a plumber out a week ago to unhook my old gas w/d. I had them scheduled to come the next day to install the new one, but the shipping company canceled at the last minute. I worked with Joanne on the phone and she said just keep them in the loop. I informed Joanne that it was now scheduled to arrive today and she said no problem. Just call them when it is in my apartment and they will send someone over. Sure enough, it got dropped off and I called. They had Jose here in 30 minutes. The same guy who unhooked the old unit, so he was familiar with everything. Terrific team!

I had a stubborn backup in my basement a few years ago. I rented a 50ft snake from Home Depot and it still didn't clear it. I called this place and he came out the same day. It took him 80ft of snaking but he got my basement backup unclogged. I was so appreciative. All he does is drains and he knows what he's doing. His price was as quoted but I did give him a little extra for his good work. I have a friend in Morristown that paid 4x as much as I did for the SAME work. This shows me that he prices things fairly.
