Very Pretty and clean building. But I had a very disappointing experience at this location on…read more8/30/26. I arrived at approximately 2:50 PM and was told by a front desk associate that my appointment had been canceled because I supposedly did not respond to a text message or phone call regarding moving my appointment to an earlier time. I explained that I had never received either. She then stated that, on their end, the text showed as "read," so they proceeded with canceling my appointment without receiving any actual confirmation from me. I showed her the most recent text I had received from SEV, which was regarding completing my forms, which I had already done. After seeing how understandably upset I was, she told me they could squeeze me in. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve from there. The nurse who performed my treatment was not pleasant or welcoming and provided very limited information. Given the confusion and frustration surrounding my appointment, I would have appreciated some reassurance, professionalism, and basic bedside manner. Instead, I felt uncomfortable and rushed, as though I was simply another number. Additionally, an area of my forehead appears to have been missed due to the headband I was instructed to wear during the procedure. At checkout, I was told their payment kiosk was not working, so a payment link would be sent to my phone. The link never arrived, so it was eventually sent to my email instead. At that point, I asked the front desk associate to confirm which phone number they had on file. She read the number back to me, and it was NOT my phone number. She then corrected it. What makes this especially frustrating is that SEV had previously been able to text my correct phone number regarding my forms, yet when they attempted to contact me about modifying my appointment, they were apparently using a completely different number. Despite contacting the wrong number, they canceled my appointment because they claimed the message showed as "read." I find it completely unacceptable to cancel or change a patient's scheduled appointment without actually receiving confirmation from the patient especially when the office was contacting the wrong phone number. The entire experience was handled poorly and lacked the professionalism, courtesy, communication, and bedside manner I would expect from a medical aesthetics practice. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed rather than cared for as a patient. The price was fair and the location was aesthetically nice. Unfortunately, based on overall experience, I will not be returning to this location.

I was hoping for a bit more understanding and space during this time. The continued outreach is a bit much." Absolutely sad that I had to send this via text to her. That's when I knew this was all about the sales and made me question truly how effective the treatments were. Way too much pressure to purchase the package while dealing with family stuff.

My first appointment was with Tiffany, PA-C, and my follow-up a couple days ago was with the owner, Heidi, PA-C. Both providers were very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. At my follow-up, Heidi checked how everything settled on my face, did a few touch-ups, and even added a couple complimentary units, which I really appreciated. The results have been great so far. The office is very clean, organized, and professional. The receptionists are also very friendly, and honestly everyone there seems welcoming and kind. I also like that they offer affordable membership pricing and specials that make treatments more realistic to keep up with long term. Overall, I'm very happy with both providers and my experience here.

I have debated writing this review for years, but after recently seeing RH Aesthetic advertising…read moreagain, I feel compelled to share my experience. I scheduled a Morpheus8 treatment and waited months for my appointment. Upon arrival, RH Aesthetic drew approximately 100 mL of my blood as part of the planned procedure. Only after drawing my blood was I informed that I was not a candidate for treatment based on an assessment that, in my experience, was inaccurate. My concern is not that they declined to perform the procedure. Providers should always exercise clinical judgment when appropriate. My concern is that a thorough consultation and candidacy assessment should have occurred before any blood was drawn. At the time, I was anemic, making the situation even more concerning. Drawing blood and then determining a patient is ineligible for treatment reflects poor screening and questionable clinical workflow. Patients trust medical spas to make these determinations before initiating any part of a procedure. Since then, I have undergone multiple Morpheus8 treatments elsewhere without issue and was considered an appropriate candidate. While my views on Morpheus8 technology itself have evolved over time, that is separate from this review. The issue is the lack of proper assessment before proceeding with treatment preparation. This experience left me feeling that patient care and safety were secondary to process and appearance. For that reason, I cannot recommend RH Aesthetic and am leaving a one-star review. There are many qualified providers who take the time to properly evaluate patients before beginning treatment. I encourage prospective clients to do their research and choose a provider that prioritizes thorough consultation, patient safety, and professional clinical judgment.

I let the office know at 2:33 that I was 5 minutes away and arrived at 2:37, but I was told I could not be seen and had to reschedule. I also felt uncomfortable being lectured while I was scheduling the appointment initially about my treatment timing when I had already explained I received my last treatment in a different location on my face 2.5 months ago. I completely understand policies, but a small amount of flexibility in this situation would have made a big difference.
