Centre for Plastic Surgery has everything you have been looking for. Surgery, injectables, lasers, facials, skincare and my new favorite hormone treatment. From the first consultation, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each option clearly and made sure I felt completely comfortable and informed. The hormone therapy has been truly life-changing--tailored to my specific needs and closely monitored to ensure the best results. I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels, mood, and overall well-being. The injectables and laser treatments were equally impressive. The technology they use is top-of-the-line, and the results were visible after just a couple sessions. Whether you are going in for skin rejuvenation or hair removal, the care and precision from the entire staff is outstanding. I highly recommend the Centre for Plastic Surgery to anyone looking for advanced, thoughtful care in both aesthetic and wellness services. They genuinely care about their patients and it shows in every interaction. read more

The staff are excellent and space is very clean. Appointments are a few weeks out but easy to adjust your schedule around. Dr Wong has a very light touch. Plus they offer numbing cream for my inner red head . Injections are quick and everything looks amazing. Love my new look. Can't wait for my next appt. Maybe lips soon. read more

Came in today to get my lips done and I am so happy. For the first time I don't have the prolonged lumps and bumps on top of my lips. Lindsay is so amazing, she noticed those lumps and bumps right away and now they are gone. I had to google it why I had them and it said its due to unevenly injected. Lindsay and Haley are such great addition to the staff, I had my morpheus done by Haley and she is fantastic. I highly recommend coming here, everyone is so nice and beautiful. read more

I got my breast augmentation done by Dr. Wong 5 weeks ago today and I can't say enough good things about him as a surgeon and how amazing his team is there. All the ladies working in the office are wonderful and each one of them helped me through this journey. They were extremely accommodating with the timeline I had hoped for to have my surgery and are always there if I have questions or concerns when I call. Overall Im really happy with my results. Dr. Wong is so skilled and gave me exactly what I had wanted. I have been thinking about this surgery for years so if you're thinking about having a breast augmentation I definitely recommend seeing Dr Wong and his team you won't be disappointed. read more

I heard about Dr. Wong through an esthetician. She mentioned that she has seen very good work on her clients who've had cosmetic surgery through Dr. Wong's office, he does very good stitch work. Because I respect her opinion, I went for a consultation with Dr. Wong for a lower face lift. Shortly before my scheduled surgery I came down with a cold.... ugh. The office was so awesome (Denise) checking in with me every few days to see how I was doing. I ended up having to reschedule my procedure. Jump forward a few weeks after the procedure... I am doing great! I will say the first three days after my surgery drove me crazy... not because of pain but having to wear the compression garments. I followed all the pre and post care instructions to a tee and was told I looked a week ahead of my expected healing... pays to follow instructions. I already see the results I hoped for! Today Susan removed my first set of stitches and she has such a gentle touch. I requested her to remove the last set of stitches on my next visit if she was available. I would like to say that I am completely satisfied with the care I received and know I made the right choice for me. read more

I totally agree with Lisa D. "I''ve trusted Rachael Frazier RN with my skin for 14 years & she has literally reversed the aging process!" I had an appointment with Rachael on Friday and received a call from CPS that Racheal was no longer working there. I really do not know how to review this CPS without Rachael. Anyone who knows where Rachael is working please post! Thank you! read more

Fix your mistakes. He was actually working on my bags under my eyes. Left it worse than when I started

Fantastic doctor and great office. Dr Wong is wonderful with fillers and Botox. He listened during my consult and has a workable treatment plan I am excited about! read more

So quick background, i've been to a few different offices to get work done. THIS PLACE IS LITERALLY THE BEST PLACE. For my first visit, I wanted to get more chin fillers but the next appointment was almost a month away. They told me they would take me in early if someone cancelled. I said sure, not being too hopeful but whatever. I kid you not, later that day, I get a call from Natalie, their medical assistant, saying that someone cancelled and they could take me in the next day. HELL YEAH. I went to my appointment and I was warmly welcomed by the team. I met Dr. Wong when he did my check up to make sure I met all the requirements to get my filler. The process was so quick and painless. My injector made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. And afterwards, they gave me very clear aftercare instructions to ensure a smooth healing process. Obviously I came back for a second visit. THIS PLACE HONESTLY FEELS LIKE A FAMILY. Dr Wong, Susan, their medical assistants Natalie and Denise are so so so so amazing! read more

As a woman i think we can all agree that finding the right person to do your facial is important. Mainly because you want someone to really be honest about your skin and what it may need or what can help you keep your healthy glow as we age. Well i have found the person at this lovely establishment and i encourage all of you to book with Christine for a facial. Christine was absolutely incredible. She made me feel comfortable, addressed my skin concerns and i told her she could be brutally honest with me since i haven't had a facial in almost 2 years due to COVID. She thoroughly looked at my skin and i had a wonderful facial with a mild peel and let me tell you the 45 mins. i spent having this done i felt amazing, and my skin looks glowy and soft which i love! I could go on and on but i do want to say i appreciate her time and the fact that the office does follow all COVID protocols to keep you safe. Can't wait to come back for my next facial in March ! See you all soon, and also a big thanks to the ladies at the reception desk who greeted me and were so sweet during my checking in for my appointment and checking out process. read more

My family has received services from this establishment for years. Not for nothing, but we've collectively spent 10's of thousands. The reception staff has always been pleasant and welcoming. Recently a gift certificate was purchased specifically so my daughter could receive services from Rachel. After learning that Rachel was no longer employed by the establishment, we attempted to obtain a refund of the gift certificate. Susan, Dr. Wong's wife rudely refused this request. Even stating that she would have to contact her lawyer. As a business owner with the authority to oblige our request for a refund, and to choose not to, is something I cannot understand. I expect more professionalism and consideration. Unfortunately members of my family still require support for services already rendered. Dr. Wong has been nothing short of exceptional. That being said, we will no longer schedule further services with this establishment or purchase any product. We're really disappointed, and will be seeking services elsewhere. read more

My first visit was greeted with a warm welcome, Dr. Granger and staff are very personable and professional. I'm somewhat of a scaredy-cat to try something new and tried Daxxify, the results are great. Rachel is knowledgeable and an artist at my age it takes a cornucopia of procedure's and a personality to boot it's a novelty. read more

Dr. Wongs staff, led by his scheduler Susan who is also his wife, are extremely unprofessional. They do not answer their phone during normal business hours and let patients go to voicemail. They then don't return those voicemail calls regarding important procedural concerns even after 24 hours. My prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy and even though it wasn't a big deal, scheduler Susan got very defensive when I asked where I could pick them up as they weren't at my pharmacy. Rather than apologize for her error and reroute them to the pharmacy I gave her during our appointment she was annoyed that I asked her the address of where she sent them so I could pick them up. None of this was really a big deal and I wasn't even upset, just more concerned and wanting to get them as my surgery was scheduled less than 48 hours later. I made my way to the pharmacy that they chose for me and picked up the prescriptions the next day, paying more than I would have at my preferred pharmacy. Later that afternoon, which was less than 24 hours before my surgery was scheduled for 5:45 in the morning, Susan very nonchalantly called me and told me that she was canceling the surgery due to happen the next morning that I had paid for in full already because she didn't like the interaction we had on the phone. A surgery I had mentally and physically prepared for, Canceled obligations for, arrange transportation with family to and from, arranged Childcare for and Paid for in FULL. Apparently I made her uncomfortable in having to call multiple times to get someone on the phone to tell me where my prescriptions were. At no time was I rude or aggressive or out of line in my conversation with her or her co workers. She had absolutely zero concern for any of the circumstances and inconvenience and stress she caused and seemed to actually get joy in telling me that SHE was not allowing me to proceed with the procedure her husband had already approved and been paid for with no justification whatsoever. I suppose the universe was telling me that it was probably a wise decision to not put my life in the hands of people with so little regard for their patients or people in general. I would never recommend to anyone that they trust their body, life or mental well being to people that operate and run a business in this manner. I also am still awaiting a full refund of the entire surgery cost which they have not refunded as per their agreement. read more

I discovered this business because of Rachael Frazier. I met Rachael when she worked in Sacramento and totally become a huge fan! I did some investigative work to find her @ Centre for Plastic Surgery. I'm so pleased with her kindness, professionalism, ethical principles and of course her knowledge, skills, and abilities. I trust her completely and that's saying a lot since I had previously had questionable work by another so called "prominent Doctor", in a different office. She is literally the best in her field and I never look overdone, just rested and so much better! I recently had a debate with a good friend about who had the best "injector" and we were both correct because unbeknownst to me we both go to Rachael . I would give her 10 stars if I could! read more

Rachael Fraizier, MSN,RN,CEN Wow , truly a miracle worker!!! Rachael listens, evaluates and proceeds with approval. I don't even tell her what I want anymore, I just ask her opinion, and let her do what she feels I need. Amazing results. The only problem is, she is in demand, so it takes at least 6 to 8 weeks to get an appointment. I can't recommend her highly.I'm so lucky to be one of her clients, she's the BEST!! Beyond 5 stars. The BEST! I have been going to Racheal Frazier for many years and she's fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and is always continuing to educate her self on all of the newest techniques and available services. She always gives a very thorough explanation of the procedure she will be performing, the healing process and after care instructions. I have received nothing but the finest care for any treatments I have had from Racheal. The entire staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend Racheal and Dr. Wong! read more

I have never had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Wong, but I applaud his ability of filling his practice with amazing professionals. I have been a client of Rachael's for over 12 years. Before her, my skin was a mess! Huge pores, hideous breakouts, serious sun damage/spots. Her skillful use of laser treatments over the years has turned time around. I have always been confident of her knowledge, her abilities and her intuition. She is a true professional and a straight shooter. My questions and inquiries are always honestly answered and addressed, without a hint of feeling "sold." When I was ready for Botox, she was my go-to person and the results were beautiful and natural looking. The overall condition of my skin today, is the result of the tag-team effort of Rachael and Christine. It's a team I've benefited from for a few years and a team I gladly followed to Dr. Wong's office. Christine is the BEST Esthetician I have ever worked with (and with my troubled skin, there have been so many). Chem peels, microderms, facials. She knows my comfort levels and has invested in knowing my skin's needs. She is an amazing problem solver and I know I'm in good hands with her. Together, these two have made my skin the best it has been in the last 15 years. The bonus is, they are both lovely human beings and a pleasure to work with. 10/10 read more

I went to see Rachael Frazier this past week, and every time I go to her I cannot help but to be blown away by her attentiveness and care she takes to my family, friends and me. She takes her time to discuss what we want done and makes honest recommendations if she feels a product or service isn't the right fit for us. She goes the extra mile to make sure we are comfortable and her staff are always polite and friendly. She's the only person I trust with my face and the person I always ask before I decide to commit to any type of service. Highly recommend! 10/10 read more

Rachael Frazier is amazing: so smart, gentle, never tries to upsell, honest, up to date on studies and techniques, always pleased with her work.....trust her to the utmost!! I've tried the other designer aesthetic "destinations".....don't be fooled, they can be dangerous and lead to permanent disfigurement (unfortunately I know too well) read more

Centre for Plastic Surgery is amazing and have the best staff! Love all of the ladies.....Christine, Rachel and Denise.

I've trusted Rachael Frazier RN with my skin for 14 years & she has literally reversed the aging process! Over time she has gotten rid of lines down the sides of my face & my forehead! She has even made the lines above my lip's disappear! Rachael Frazier is the best skin RN because she uses the latest and greatest technology, like Morpheus & IPL! I also really appreciate that her work looks natural! Most people don't believe I get treatments & "enhancements" like injections, because her work compliments your natural features. She doesn't try to up-sell you on product or treatments you don't need, or things that will make you look fake or like you get work done to your face!! She also got rid of my double chin by using Morpheus on my neck!!!!! It's miraculous ! I trust her completely with my skin & I highly recommend Rachael Frazier RN to anyone trying to STOP the signs of aging, enhance their own looks & take the best possible care of their skin! If that is what you want to do, then make an appointment with Rachael immediately! You can find her on Instagram at @rachaelfrazierrn read more

Three months ago I had a fat face transfer procedure and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, the staff and Dr. Wong was professional, genuinely caring, and knowledgeable which immediately put me at ease. The results are truly remarkable. My face now looks naturally rejuvenated and has given me a newfound confidence. Dr. Wong was able to redistribute the fat in a way that enhaned my features and created a youthful appearance without any obvious signs of surgery. In addition, I had no pain. Post-op care was also exemplary. Centre for Plastic Surgery provided excellent follow-up and support ensuring my recovery was smooth. I am immmensely grateful for their expertise and care. Here is my long winded review.....First of all I'm a huge fan of Rachael, followed her from Sacramento to Centre for Plastic Surgery in Roseville. Pros: Rachael is personable, beautiful inside and out, and really takes her time to build a very kind and professional relationship with her clients. She does excellent work and I always look natural, yet better!!! I love going to see her. Cons: You need to be very careful with Rachael Frazier. She's known to steal your frowns, lines, wrinkles, jowels, and droopy skin, etc, etc. She is so skilled you won't feel a thing and won't know what is going on!! When she's done you are beyond pleased!!! In summary, simply the best I've been to. So this con is really a SUPER PRO!!! Now about Dr. Wong. Equally kind, personable, highly skilled and a professional doctor. When I get the courage to do my neck lift, I will reschedule with him. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances, I had an appointment with Dr. Wong, but had to reschedule. Now I just need to build my confidence to schedule my appointment with Dr. Wong. Rachael and Dr. Wong are both highly skilled with their craft. But also equally important is that they are both genuinely kind and caring individuals, making it a pleasure to see them. read more

Dr Wong and Rachel Frazier, RN are a SUPER combo! The office is beautiful and relaxing, the staff is kind and helpful, and Dr Wong and Rachel are at the top of their craft which helped me decide who to trust. Dr Wong is highly skilled, caring and also a Chief at UCD! Rachel is the best injector who is a true artist. She is also a trainer for the products she uses and is highly regarded in the region for her talent. I have been to both and cannot recommend them enough! Go see them! read more

I can't say enough about Rachael Frazier RN. I have been a client for over a decade. Before every appointment she takes the time to discuss your wants and needs with skincare AND also takes the time to ask about your life and family. She is very genuine, beautiful inside and out. She researches thoroughly the newest skincare devices, skincare products and health supplements and brings that knowledge and expertise back to us. Her staff is equally as impressive, very kind and professional, every single time. read more

Far from last minute. Not taking a patient within 2 months is far from last minute! Not to mention the horrible attitude problem of 2 out of the 3 people that answer the phones is also not needed. I already paid for the work that is sub par and wanted it fixed for the 3rd time. Paid a 2nd time to still not have the work corrected and new scar on my lip that was not there before going to this place not to mention un even lips that still are not worth the cost. Rushed at each appointment through the process and rushed out as well as they always seem to be busy, but over book and only care for favorite clients/high spenders and don't care for the rest of us! So yeah go ahead and go here if you want new scars on your lips and watered down botox. The botox is watered down and only last a month, if it even if works. Sometime it worked and lasted a month and the rest it didn't even take. Good luck going here everyone, you will need all the luck to not waste your money! read more

Had to follow Rachel! Have been seeing her for 6 years now! She is the only one I trust for my fillers! I've had lip injections and Botox done by her and I'm always very happy. She is a beautiful person inside and out, not to mention professional and talented! read more

Dr. Wong and his staff are amazing. I did a lot of research before booking my lipo and neck lift with Dr. Wong and am so thankful I did, because he is the best! The before/during and after care has been exceptional and my results have exceeded my expectations. Would give Dr. Wong and his team 10 stars if I could. I'm only two weeks post op and already in love with the results. Highly recommend! read more

I truly can't say enough about Rachael Frazier. I've been a patient of Rachael's for over 12 years, following her from Sacramento to Roseville. It's a special trust that needs to be established when you allow someone to make changes to your appearance. I trust Rachael wholeheartedly and have referred all my friends to her. Everyone I've referred has also become a long-term client. This says a lot because we travel from Elk Grove to see her. Rachael is knowledgeable and will explain the science behind the procedure, sets realistic expectations and the results always look natural. read more

This is a terrible treatment unless you want to age yourself @rachael_frazierrn put profit over proper patient selection. I went in to discuss pore size and texture around my mouth and chin. Inquired about this or fraxel. She said Morpheus and I trusted her. Never wanted or needed contouring, defining or fat removal and that is what I got. She used wrong frequency and needle depth per company guidelines for someone with a thin face and skin as well as went outside of indication for chin with needle depth and frequency. She also didn't prepare me properly on this procedure. Said retin a use was fine. Now I'm left with a deflated face and pockets of lost volume I can never get back throughout lower face. Also, left with skin that has lost collagen and damaged. Total Devastation read more

I would like to praise Rachel, the nurse at Dr. Granger Wong's office. She is so pleasant and informed, listens and explains thoroughly, makes patients feel relaxed and comfortable, never rushes and takes as much time as necessary, is extremely knowledgeable and competent, and her work produces excellent results. I recommend her without reservation; and the medical profession is most fortunate to have a nurse of Rachel's caliber. read more

Rachel took me last minute Valentine's Day for the little pockets on my eyes (divots) that resulted from Botox around my eyes done elsewhere by someone i won't name . They just seemed saggy after the Botox. She has such a subtle and skilled hand, which is rare. I am literally the poster child for getting overfilled and having to remove it in other places. My daughter said, wow... this is the first time you look natural lol To top it off the doctor himself makes a visit and introduces himself as a courtesy to all first time visitors, which I found to be really inviting and sweet. Great place for all your needs! read more

This only has do with services from Rachel not Dr.Wong! Had lip filler done by Rachel and with all the good reviews I thought I was in the right place, well not so much. Rachel was very informative and professional but I had the filler done in my lips, and then waited the 3 weeks Rachel said to wait after I said it seemed like I needed more filler in my lip, as it appeared that it was above my lip on the top. Well, when I called to have it fixed I was promptly told that it was a 2 month wait to reschedule??? I said to the gal on the phone that I had already paid $725 to have this done and now I have to wait another 2 months to have it fixed?, she responded by saying that other people are waiting to get in so yes it will be two months???? well here I am 3 months later and still the same issue bumps of filler above my lip line. I went to see a doctor who referred me to a cosmetic surgeon who desolved the filler and will re-inject in two weeks as I was told the filler was placed incorrectly. I am disgusted and disappointed in how they treat patients once you have paid for their service. I feel like I just threw $725 down the toilet and then had to pay to dissolve the filler on top of that! Update*** found a fabulous cosmetic surgeon who really knows what they are doing...message me if you want to find out. Or look at my other reviews. read more

Having been an extremely satisfied patient with Centre for Plastic Surgery for several years now, I thought it was about time I took a few minutes to write a review to share about their incredibly professional and competent staff. Let me start with how respectful, patient and accommodating the front office are with scheduling and answering questions. Next, Christine and Racheal clearly handle each of their areas of expertise with pride, passion and integrity. Services are always provided with compassion, highly quality medical grade products and a deep understanding of client expectations. Both Christine and Racheal provide honest and thorough explanations to the many questions I ask and with results that are outstanding every single time. Let's be real, I trust them with my face and I keep going back! I highly recommend Centre for Plastic Surgery to anyone that is looking for high quality service and results, whether it be cosmetic or for medical reasons. read more

If you are looking for the best anti-aging skincare, look no further. This office is run very professionally by the nicest, most accommodating people with a peaceful and calm ambiance. Since I began the journey of rejuvenating my skin at the beginning of this year, my face and neck look 10 years younger and the last procedure has not completely finished doing its age reversal. With the excellent results I've already seen, I wouldn't be surprised if by April '24 I look 15 years younger. As a female IT professional, it is so important to appear youthful in person and virtually. My face and neck were starting to fail me as I hit 60 and it was so depressing. Now, I'm thrilled because I now look how I feel, 45. Last but not least, a shout out to Rachel Frazier, the RN who recommends and administers my treatments so I look natural, not fake. Thank you Rachel for your brilliance and artistic eye. read more
