This is a continuation from my last review (posted below this one) which I encourage you to read…read morebefore reading this one to get the full picture. It has only gotten worst. Beware of before and after photo manipulation. They have you put your feet on numbers in a full 365 circle for before photos but after your Lipo, they ask you to spread your feet on outside of numbers, so that your legs are more spread apart, making you look slimmer on after photos. Furthermore, I had a follow up appointment with Dr Hegstrom to go over my results, which I was not happy with. I still had hip dips and I did not see a difference. My body actually looked more proportioned before. I feel it looks deformed now, uneven. My hips and waist line are not even anymore. Dr Hegstrom was thinking out loud and brainstorming on how he could fix my hip dips and make a more of a even hourglass shape that I was told I would have. He said he could preform a revision on my hips and blend into my waist but also take some fat from my arms and place in my hip dip area. I asked him, would that all be included in my $1895 revision fee. He said, let me go ask my manager Alicia. He came back shorty after and said, I have good news, she approved everything. He told me that I will only need to pay the revision fee of $1895 and take down my negative yelp review. There was a nurse in the room who can confirm this. I agreed. I met the manager Alicia on the way out. She told me she would call to schedule my revision appointment. Then once again, disappointment and broken promises. Just like the disappointment I laid out in my first review. Now she is telling me they will not honor what I was promised and charge me additionally, arms - $3,000 fat transfer - 4,000 Revision to Flanks/Surgical Fee - $1,895 Acting as if I'm getting a discount by saying they will only charge me a Total of: $6,895 Mind you, I originally paid $15,000 for full body Lipo with BBL. But on day of surgery, Dr said I did not have enough fat for BBL so he talked me into doing Lipo on my hip dips only. I was very disappointed but agreed. They refunded me $8500 so I ended up paying $6500. Now they want to charge me another $6,895 which is $14,000 in total of what I would pay them. How is my original quote of $15,000 for full body Lipo with BBL compare to $14,000 for only arm and hip Lipo with fat transfer to hips. Those numbers do not make sense in comparison to what I would receive. This business is a scam and manipulating in multiple areas. I do not have an issue with the Dr Hegstrom. He was nice, fair and willing to fix my issues. My issue is with management and their business practices. I feel as if I waisted $6500 and so much time, energy and stress, just to look worst. I'm in the process of contacting the California State Bar to review my options.

He exceeded my expectations and I could not be more grateful and lucky to have found such an incredible doctor. It was an obvious red flag when the esthetician wasn't able to answer most of my questions, specifically basic post procedure questions. Also refused to answer some questions twice, as though asking a question more than once was deemed unacceptable and non-billable. Said they only used "natural" products, and DO NOT use hydrogen peroxide, claiming "hydrogen peroxide isn't natural," but that is in fact the product they used. Lots of conflicting and contradictory information was provided. The esthetician seemed rushed and impatient. Applied the product so quickly and inadequately with her hair flopping around my mouth. Did not have good results. In fact, resulted in severe chemical damage due to lack of adequate gum protection applied. The before and after photos confirm chemical damage and gum recession. Save your teeth. DO NOT COME HERE. It's a business that's purely focused on making money. Their clinical practice questions their moral character.

A cautionary review…read more Years ago, I had rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Toft. During the procedure, so much bone and cartilage was removed that one side of my nose eventually collapsed entirely. I also recall being conscious while he chiseled away at my bone -- an experience I found deeply unsettling. The damage from this surgery was severe enough that I recently underwent a 6.5-hour reconstructive procedure just to correct the structural problems it caused. I share this so others considering surgery with Dr. Toft can make a fully informed decision. Please do your own research before proceeding.

On our very first meeting, Dr. Bhukhen listened to my odd concerns in a very serious way. She carefully considered my symptoms in comparison to my medical hx. She ordered imaging that day. Within a week she found (what looked to be a) rare endocrine tumor growing happily within my right adrenal gland. This was after 5-10 years of physicians dismissing my odd cluster of symptoms as untreatable or as coincidences.
