We could only take the 8pm for a 3-hour movie as they offer no refunds and refused to schedule a different day. The annoying part was the supervisor told my daughter we needed to come earlier so that does not happen again. Then why should we plan and buy tickets early if it's a free for all and the wrong doer gets preference because she was too weak to move them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I called the local Bowlero number, and was redirected to book a reservation ( press 1, & you get corporate)... Long story short, I found out that if you say YES to the salesperson asking if your celebrating ANYTHING, they tack on 21% which for my group was almost $100 extra, (they don't tell you this). I asked if that came with decorations? NOPE Cake? NOPE... so please be cautious and just book a reservation if necessary.. they still tack on 10%, which is ridiculous, so it's best to just walk in if you can. In my case I couldn't afford to be turned away for a lack of lanes, so it cost me $40 extra for basically nothing. PROS: Here's the great part that earned 5 stars; once we arrived, we had the most amazing service, care, and "little extras" everywhere. The local Bowlero doesn't cheap-ass like corporate. They had to move our reservation, so they offered some free food. Drinks and shots were VERY generous, if we had an issue Rob ( Mgr) was all over it, and made sure we were happy. Kimmy and Samantha were fun, friendly bartenders, and Samantha even iced my wine glass since the chardonnay wasn't cold yet. The chairs and sitting areas are ripped and run down, floors are filthy, stains everywhere you look, there are cobwebs literally everywhere. It's giving "back rooms" vibes all the way. It smells musty too and there is no A/C so I imagine it gets pretty hot in there. When the weather is nice it stays pretty cool and they do have huge fans everywhere. Also there is a nice view from some of the upper decks. I wanted to enjoy this place but please have it cleaned professionally.

I also found the $35 wristband price to be high given the current selection of available attractions. While the miniature golf course remains in good condition, it is disappointing that the water slides are no longer operational. The pool area still looks sparkling clean and well-maintained, yet it remains inaccessible to guests. I discussed this with the workers and they stated that there are no plans to reopen the slides. If so, I suggest utilizing that space for something new to better serve their visitors. Blackbeards has a great deal of potential, and I look forward to seeing the improvements that could take place in the coming years.
