We had so much fun here! We came last Sunday for the first time. We bought one lane for 6 people…read morefor one hour ($60), six pairs of shoes ($5 each) and two people needed socks ($5 each). XL Lanes is located at the south end of fashion fair mall. You don't have to actually enter the mall to get to it. We had no trouble finding parking. You can take the stairs to go down to XL or wait for the little elevator. Inside, the cashier is to your right with good large signage as to prices etc. to the left are pool tables and seating area and beyond that, arcade games and the bowling lanes. We attempted to place an order at the bar but since we were bowling, we needed to order through a server. I wish I'd remembered his name but our server was GREAT, very attentive and swift with everything. I'm looking forward to going back

On Mondays and Tuesdays I believe they have a 5 dollar special. Each game is 5 dollars and shoe rentals are 5 dollars. A great price in my opinion and it allows you to pick more games if you want. They have bowling ramps and bumbers for the kids. My boys are little and they had a blast. They have food too. Our waitress was extremely kind and very helpful. We ordered nachos and chicken tenders with fries. Pretty basic food but really good and fresh. My boys devoured it all. A great place for family fun.

Had a FANTASTIC time, but watch HIGH hidden fees when booking a reservation:…read more CONS: So, it was my birthday and a large group was coming to celebrate. I called the local Bowlero number, and was redirected to book a reservation ( press 1, & you get corporate)... Long story short, I found out that if you say YES to the salesperson asking if your celebrating ANYTHING, they tack on 21% which for my group was almost $100 extra, (they don't tell you this). I asked if that came with decorations? NOPE Cake? NOPE... so please be cautious and just book a reservation if necessary.. they still tack on 10%, which is ridiculous, so it's best to just walk in if you can. In my case I couldn't afford to be turned away for a lack of lanes, so it cost me $40 extra for basically nothing. PROS: Here's the great part that earned 5 stars; once we arrived, we had the most amazing service, care, and "little extras" everywhere. The local Bowlero doesn't cheap-ass like corporate. They had to move our reservation, so they offered some free food. Drinks and shots were VERY generous, if we had an issue Rob ( Mgr) was all over it, and made sure we were happy. Kimmy and Samantha were fun, friendly bartenders, and Samantha even iced my wine glass since the chardonnay wasn't cold yet. Mya was very attentive with food & drinks, and served our chicken strips in a warmer, since it was a huge order .. we enjoyed them for hours. I noticed that this Visalia group treated every customer with warmth, care, and respect. I am dually impressed, and will be back.. IN PERSON.. no reservations... lol.

My wife and I finally had a day date opportunity so instead of just sitting at a bar and drinking…read morewe decided to sit at a bowling alley and drink... and bowl a few frames as well. It was Sunday at 2pm and this place was packed, so reservations are a must. Luckily for us, we were just two and were able to get a bowling lane after only waiting about 15 to 20 minutes. We waited in the bar area, had a drink and ordered some food. This is a fully loaded bar with a fully loaded menu too. Pizza, burgers, salads, and sandwiches to name a few. We ordered chicken fingers to share, a couple of cocktails, and headed to our lane. You can either keep a tab at the bar or they have servers that come by your bowling lane if you want more drinks or food. Everything was super easy to set up, and I loved their music selection and the TVs on the back wall showing the baseball game. It was nine dollars per person, per game. I wasn't wearing any socks when we arrived, but they do offer socks that you get to keep for a small fee. I definitely come back, especially knowing that they offer leagues, any membership passes, and tons of activities for the kids here. Plus in the heat of the summer, It's nice to be in air-conditioned business where you can drink at 11am and no one looks at you funny.

Unfortunately our lane was broken and we had to move lanes. We also ordered some food and never received it. We left feeling a little sad given that we never received our food and this was a date night for us the manager Edward reached out to us knowing the situation and was so kind to offer us another experience at Bowlero when we arrived a few weeks later, we were greeted by the hostess we were sat down immediately and our server Tia was amazing. Tia and Edward treated us very well. They made sure we had a great experience and we had a fun date night. Thank you again to Tia and Edward at Bowlero. We appreciate you guys and we will be coming back soon.

Patti is a total blast, cracking jokes while keeping everything running smoothly, and Britton works just as hard behind the scenes, making sure everything flows perfectly every day. Her husband Terry, one of the owners, often stops by to say hi, chatting with longtime customers. Absolute legends. James is a very hard worker, keeping the lanes and machines running smoothly while also helping out at the concession stand. Bella, Jasmine, and occasionally Courtney make the concession stand just as fun as the lanes. The pro shop, run by Hieu and Chris, goes above and beyond -- equipment advice, lane help, or just a friendly chat. Combined with the amazing staff throughout the center, the whole place feels like the heart of the bowling experience. Late nights and league nights are the best -- lively atmosphere, great bowlers, and the perfect spot to unwind after work. The lanes are clean, tournaments are top-notch, and the Monte Carlo is always a blast. Great people, great atmosphere, great bowling... and some of the best laughs you'll have all week. Highly recommend -- just make sure you save me a lane!

It's been years since we've been to Dave and Busters, and the first time ever in town. It was…read moreactually in San Diego that we first went before the one in Fresno was built. So yeah, that long. I'm on vacation this week and didn't want it to be a stay-cation. In fact, I was hoping to get away for at least an overnight trip. I was thinking, Santa Cruz, Tahoe, Lots Angeles even. I shoot my ideas over to my wife and she says, I was thinking Dave and Busters. Clearly we were on different pages. But I understand where she is coming from, and as you can see, her idea won out. We don't tell the kids where we are going. They just know we are going somewhere for lunch and that it's a surprise. We pull up and my youngest says, I've always wanted to come here! We drive past it every week on the way to gynastics so I shouldn't have been surprised. The older kids barely remember going to D&B as kids, so it's a treat for them too. We walk in and we get the biggest gift ever by a guy with his boys walking out. He has an all day pass that he wants to give to us. We can use it for tickets, but the games will be free. We come to find out that there is a 30 second freeze on the card in between uses, but we learn to adjust. But I'm getting ahead of myself. We order our food, ensuring that we order from the menu where we can get a game card. Best bang for our buck. I got the crispy chicken sandwich with Buffalo sauce. Three of my kids got cheese burgers and my wife got the wings. Everyone enjoyed their food. What my son and I really wanted was the Buffalo chicken sandwich that comes with blue cheese, but it didn't come with a game card. In addition to the free all-day card we received, we ended up with 4-$10 gaming cards, but those go quick! Like, 15-20 min. Mostly by my daughter playing games that earn tickets. My oldest is more interested in skill games. There's one in the middle where you step on lights on the ground or touch them on the wall. We did that one as a family. Lots of fun. We spent about 2 hours there. I'm sure the boys would have stayed longer if they could but my daughter was winding down. Before we leave, we pass the all-day card to another family. Let them benefit from it too

We ended up buying credits anyhow but part of the reason we came was for free plays. On to the review. The wings were crisp and flavorful, with just the right amount of sauce. We had bbq, sweet chili, and garlic parm. The wings were even good with no sauce. We also ordered the pretzel dogs and tower of nachos. The dogs were so good. The seasoning on the pretzel was amazing, the hot dogs were delish. The tower of nachos was a miss for me personally, but the other parties enjoyed it. It was so loud due to it being Super Bowl but everyone was really well behaved and had fun!
