No pushy sales pitches, no trying to downplay anything, and frankly shocked me by saying the fireplace was fine and usable but needed some exterior work in the future (again, no pushing). We talked about making it gas only and he talked me through that as well. Best of all, he showed us now the thing even works and gave advise on using it. Fantastic! Aelite is THE chimney company to have come out to your home. Nick and crew are insanely professional and clean. They took their shoes off without even asking, threw down tarps around all areas to be worked, and definitely did not take us for our money. As a matter of fact, I remember getting quoted double from another company at the same time for the same work. Nick's wife is the one who usually answers the phone and she's pretty incredible too! Talk about nice people. Why can't all companies be like these guys? Well that, I guess, would take just too much work... lol. I can't possibly recommend Aelite enough!! Her dad didnt show up, the two techs that put it in came at 12:51pm. They were here for 3 minutes. I paid over $4500 for the AC unit and this is the service they give? I had to go another week without AC and they didn't come out for the 3 minutes it took at any point this week at 3:30 after I got home from work? Not the type of service you would want at all in general especially when it is a service that costs so much and in this heat.

She had a fireplace mantle made and explained to our salesman what she wanted and showed him photos of the mantle. He said that will never work. My mom told him again what she wanted and described what she had and he told her again that won't work. He even asked her if he needed to speak slower so she could understand!! She then went to Burlington fireplace where they understood and they were able to assist her and her fireplace turned out spectacular. If you want kindness and good customer service Alaskan fireplace is the last place you should go
