Our experience with this company was not great. First, the owner called relentlessly looking for…read moreour business. That told us he was really looking for the job and would hopefully put the best foot forward for his business. That was not the case. The job removing our old roof was very sloppy and damaged a good deal of our new landscaping. I am still removing nails and insulation from my yard, so my child and dogs don't step on them or eat the insulation. It was very disappointing to drive past several other homes using other companies that had tarps over their bushes and landscaping while I watched shingles and wood being dumped into mine from my home cameras. Once the new roof was up, the owner was on vacation for a week and could not be reached. He never showed up once to the job. We were never given a number to reach the crew that was supposed to complete the soffit and fascia, and they didn't show up until days after the new roof was on. Initially, the drip edges were not the correct length and we had to wait 2 weeks for gutters to be painted. Our neighbors complained about a fight that took place with two of the men, after which they left the job for the day and did not come back. On two occasions, the crew left their vehicles in our driveway overnight without permission or notification. In all, the job took 4 weeks to complete when it shouldn't have been more than 3 days. When I voiced my concern, I was dismissed, and Mark simply said, "it still looked pretty." This was the worst representation of how a business should be run. He has since been calling relentlessly (again) about another job we discussed- to the extent that we have blocked the number. We will not be doing business with this company again.
