No, just the salespeople, professionalism, and brands at the moment! I had two pleasant visits here where I got to meet Tica and Rebecca. Tica and I first talked about my grief, and I found her warm, excellent, and conversational overall towards me as a customer. Excellent service. Rebecca, if I have her name right, is familiar with Hadleaf and is now an employee. I appreciated what I felt as her patience, and her care about the industry's tools, excellent service, and providing excellent space to Hadleaf customers. As a note--I mind what brands and selections show up where I shop. If I notice brands that seem imperial and against the spirit of Marijuana, I try to mind where they're stocked. For examples: some brands have names that remind me more of the fact Hitler shares a birthday whose number is a common Marijuana trope, than the fact Bob Marley and Stevie Wonder both know what "Jammin'" means, as it might likely involve Hadleaf's product. Sparq is a brand I now recognize as it was regularly stocked and introduced to me here. It was priced low enough to be competitive and valuable in the neighborhood.

From flipflopping back and forth between cash-only or not, to brands and…read moreflavors being chronically out of stock, to signing up for the rewards program one visit to having staff have no idea what you're talking about the next, to employees standing behind the counter gabbing with one another (or watching the TV) while customers stand around and fume, to the most recent bit. After the employee (who was gabbing with another one, as usual) finally deigned to notice me, he wanted to know what I wanted. "This," said I, placing the wrapper of the last brand that did any good for us on the counter. "TAKE THAT AWAY!" he screamed, rather as if I'd slapped a cobra on the glass. "WE CAN'T HAVE CUSTOMERS PUT THINGS ON THE GLASS!!" More than a little ticked off, I did so, and held it in the air to show. Of course, THAT wasn't in stock, and I left. Never again. There are, by my count, three other dispensaries within five minutes walk. They can have our business.

his picture is for context on the situation And to the…read moremanager half black hair half red hair if you care about what happens in the building that includes your fenced in parking lot for your business where problems can also start Been coming here since opening year only a spat over price a couple months ago cause I thought something was being charged wrong I pulled in today to see the above New Yorker parked like this and I let her know she can't park there to which she asked me if I worked their I said no just trying to save her the trouble of other people yelling at her for how she's parked and she told me to fuck off and started calling me a little bitch and shit whatever I get out there's a solid 2 minutes from me parking to coming in maybe minute and a half The whole time I know she's in the security booth bitching cause the second I open the door she runs inside and stands behind the glass display staring at me to which I say to the security idk what her problem is all I did was let her know she can't park where she parked and she started cussing me out I go in she be lines for the gentlemen in the green hoodie and starts telling him I'm harassing from the parking lot (haven't said a word since walking in or since she went inside mind you to her) and I get called to the register next to her to which I says I'm not sure what your problem is I was just letting you know you can't park there To which the half black hair half orange hair (I genuinely can't remember her name for the life of me) comes out yelling at me telling me We aren't going to do this and I say do what she's been going since I came in all I said was I don't know what her problem was To which I get told I need to lower my voice kind you being a vet I can keep my tone I'm not getting loud but when you talk over me because I want to know what I did wrong considering she's started this since the lot o have grounds to know I told you did buy my stuff and go to which you kept telling me I need to calm down I'm causing problems when the only one causing the problem is you and you don't even know the full situation you just see a blonde girl saying harassment and you immediately move to side with her not even know she's the one causing continuing the problem all over the fact I let her know probably shouldn't park there I said all I wanna know is what I've done to which she kicked me out That's fine but you can't claim you care about employees and customers safety you A don't know who started the problem and B automatically pick a side due to gender because that's the only context you had coming into this situation absolutely no other information I've got it on dashcam that'll go up on TikTok and YouTube later I think I'm about all set as long as that manager is there. Absolutely no resolution skills just straight to getting kicked out because you don't want to tell the person what they did wrong since you had next to no info

The parking lot is hella confusing, that's just about the only negative. From security to counter service, everyone was friendly and helpful. They had a couple of sales so we went with their 2 3.5/$35! They offer flower, edibles, etc. a little bit of everything for anyone looking. Not sure what the Deli counter was giving but I'd be intrigued to find out.

Massachusetts does not allow bud on display so you do not get to see what you are buying until after you purchase it. Super affordable! Much cheaper than NJ literally only 30 percent of the cost you pay at NJ dispensaries. They give you a menu, You pick what you want and they ring you up. There is a taco truck outside and it was some managing tacos! Highly suggest making this a stop if you are in the area!
