I forgot to mention that he had already been paid for all of this ahead of time, BIG MISTAKE!! I thought I finally had a date and time to get this done once and for all. It wasn't even very much; adding the drip system in a flowerbed, adjusting some sprinklers, and leveling out some dirt under a few trees. During our normal lawn service on 9/19, Luis even told me he'd plant my flowerbed after installing the drip system, if I had the plants. So even though we were tired, we made the trip to pick up the plants. So Sunday comes, no call and no text!! Yep, he left me high and dry!!! Found out the following friday that he went to another job, even though he confirmed with us! He was more interested in chasing a buck, than taking care of business. Totally unreliable. I had to hand water the plants until I called and PAID another landscaper to do the job he'd been paid for. It's only right he pay me back the money I'm out do to him blowing me off, and he's even giving me attitude about that.

After informing the owner that I was undergoing cancer treatment and would need reliable service, I found myself repeatedly having to initiate contact. I've asked for sprinkler adjustments so I wouldn't be fined by the City of Visalia and he never addressed it. After reseeding my lawn he said he would come every week after that to do other services since he couldn't mow the lawn but he did not follow through. At the time of this review, I have not heard from Q (the owner) or have had service for three weeks. My lawn has been left unmaintained even after I gave him a second chance when he burned the edges of my lawn with weed killer. Upon hiring him I explained how much hard work I put into my lawns before starting chemo and needed someone dependable to maintain it and communicate with me. My hard work has gone down the drain and now I am inconvenienced to find another lawn maintenance company when I should be focusing on my health. On top of that, services were not consistent, and he even lost our backyard key. I do not recommend QR Lawn Service. Find someone else who is reliable and professional.
