I liked that they sent someone out right away. Had others simply provide estimates for clearing out the birds, cleaning panels and roof, and installing the guards. I must say that they were higher priced than the others. The quote was dropped by $100, but felt confident that they were better than the others. I must say they did a great job cleaning the roof and panels. The install of the guards look great as well. With that being said, four days later and the birds are still hanging out. I wish this service would have caused the birds to move on.

I got the owner of this company, Frank's contact info from another company that was kind enough to suggest him as an option. I called them up and they did the job quickly, and responsively, speaking late evenings answering my questions, accommodating my specific requests, and also asking for a reasonable price. My recommendation is definitely to shop around, understand what you need and find the best options and the company for your project. They can have huge differences in how they approach and price the work. In our case, this company was the best one, and they did an awesome job, but most importantly for me, I never felt being taken advantage of even for a moment, or feeling convinced into something I'm hesitant about. They did the job as how I wanted within reasonable constraints, and it was reasonably priced.
