The finished roof looks great, but there have been no hard rains yet. We'll see how it holds up over the winter. Meraz gave me a fair price and completed the work in a timely manner. The reason I gave only four stars is because they were not good about letting me know when they'd be out to work and when they wouldn't. If my tenant was a working man, it would have made things complicated. One of the workers also lost the original permit papers, which delayed the final inspection and approval. I would recommend Meraz Roofing to others, and plan to have them replace the roof on my own house soon. Just be aware you can't expect them to keep you apprised of their schedule. You will have to call their office if you want to know, but the girls in the office are friendly and helpful. Pros: Excellent price, fast service, professional work. Cons: Lack of communication.

If you are looking for a quality re-roof or roof repair, look no further…read more My roof needed repair because the shingles from Certainteed were defective. I had never had a roof problem before, but with the recent rain, we had a leak. I received quotes from five companies. I wasn't necessarily looking for the cheapest but wanted to find a company that would stand behind their product and were certified to install that product. I chose GAF and had all the companies quote me on the same product. Not only was Dynamic Roofing less expensive, but Dean and his team were easy to work with and really cared about doing it the right way. They would clean up every day and use a magnet on wheels to find any staples or nails on the ground. Even when the job was completed, he asked me if there was anything he needed to do to make sure I was happy. Great service, quality product, great warrantee, excellent price, and someone that cares about my home as much as I do? It doesn't get any better than that. Call Dean at Dynamic. You won't be disappointed.

I didn't go with the roofing company that my buyer received her estimate from (after researching some of their reviews). Yesterday I searched online and made a couple of calls. My first choice was Roof Pros Roofing. I am so grateful I found them!! Their reviews were excellent and after my first call, I understood why. Rudy is so easy to work with, communicated extremely well and understood my timing issue. He was able to have my roof looked at with a drone (to avoid any further damage from unnecessary walking on it) . He had my tiles replaced, repaired, and emailed me a 2-Year Certification as requested, along with pics of the roof looking fabulous! And this was all done in one day! AND to top it off, his price beat the other estimate by a couple hundred dollars! Roof Pros Roofing more than deserves this 5 star rating. This is the only company I will use in the future. They couldn't have done anything better. They are truly exceptional. Thanks again Roof Pros Roofing! You really came through for us and the new owner. And saved us some $$.
