My home insurance would not cover the damages. I had to place a tarp on my roof temporarily while dealing with this nightmare. The Solar company "Tesla" did not take responsibility for damages to the roof tiles that caused the leak. The home insurance company pointed fingers to the solar company and denied my claim. I had to source out several roofing companies. In the midst of rainy season, some roofing companies told me that it would be weeks till they can come out and do any repairs. I searched on Yelp and found Jacobo Roofing. I saw the reviews and called them. Within a day, I was contacted by Marcos. It's a Father/Son team. That same week, they came out to my property to access the issue. The Solar panels were an obstacle, and I had to get them removed before any recommendations for the repair can be established. Tesla offered their uninstallation services for a fee, but I opted in not using them because they are the source of the problem. After I got the Solar panels removed, Marcos and his father came back out. They gave me a reasonable proposal and also recommended other work on the ridge of the roof that would make water drainage better and to prevent other damages to the roof. The work was scheduled a week after the proposal. Marcos kept me informed the entire time. On the day of the repair, I had to work and was not at home. Marcos and his team worked on the roof for 2-days and completed the work. They removed all debris and materials and my roof is leak free. Marcos and his Father are subject experts in this field and they professionally handle the visits, communication, and the entire process. They put customer concern at the highest priority. They communicated with me the entire time of the project. Best of all, they gave me a 10 year warranty on their work. I highly recommend this company for any residential work.

The whole process was handled very professional and all the employees were courteous and polite. They did an OUTSTANDING job and we could not be more pleased. We hired them to do both jobs for us. They put everything back that they moved, did a thorough job of cleaning up and they showed up when they said they would every day. He is a great communicator and completed everything ahead of schedule! I also appreciate his willingness to wear a mask during Covid. The house is older and needed wallpaper removal (that was decades old) and some minor patchwork and cabinet painting along with all the walls and ceilings. It was a big job but they did such quality work! The cabinet painting alone was done with such care- they removed all the doors and hardware and put it all back- none of this painting around the hinges nonsense- really top notch work! They were the quickest turnaround which is why we went with them since my mom's roof was leaking and it was a safety hazard. My only complaint is that they left the job site having not cleaned up and then said they were waiting until the day of the inspection the following week. I am not buying it. Regardless, when I called (I had to call twice over three days) they got out there on the second call to clean up the debris. They should just clean up on their last day regardless if they are coming back out or not as it makes them look bad, tbh. But my mom's elderly tenant realllly didn't appreciate it, either.

They had multiple no shows--no calls to reschedule, nothing. They just didn't bother showing up. This went on for months. Then they had the audacity to say that they had completed the service even though previous emails said they hadn't and they hadn't shown up since. I gave them multiple opportunities to remedy the situation and they didn't. I even tried calling the owner and got ignored there too. The service was for my 80 year old mother and they really took advantage. They said they'd been there and done the work when they hadn't. I was so frustrated--they ignored my emails, calls, everything. If it was just a few bucks, I would have let it go--lesson learned. However, it was over $1000. Luckily, a friend mentioned that you could file a claim on PayPal--which I did. It took some time to sort through the emails and take photos, but PayPal eventually reimbursed me every penny. I love PayPal as much as I dislike Chelyboo and their awful customer service. Some advice--STAY AWAY!!!! Call someone else or do it yourself.

Very Poor Experience…read more Had an empty, newly renovated home that I requested a 2-3 hour "move in" cleaning for, mainly the high traffic areas that hadn't been renovated i.e, Oven, bathrooms, baseboards, doorknobs, dusting, ect. All the usually neglected parts of the house and said don't worry about the floors. There was miscommunication from the office to staff, as well as the staff to myself, with the majority of the requested work not completed on top of damage done to the brand new counters and paint stripped in the bathrooms. I had to go and clean everything that was missed as well as make repairs. After reaching out to corporate, they determined a 100$ reimbursement was sufficient for a 400$ cleaning that caused damage in excess of 250$ to a brand new renovation. Would not hire this company again nor recommend them at all. *I went into the unit at the two hour mark and asked how it was going, was told one more hour. No where was I advised it would be a 4 hour cleaning until I went to pay at the end of 3 hours. When I called in to ask what hadn't been done since there was clearly a misunderstanding, I was told the team stated they hadn't done the floors, which I specifically said don't do, and that everything else was completed. An honest review is not a threat, and this company's miscommunication as stated cost me quite a bit of money and hassle, with the 100$ offered actually being quite insulting given the reality of what happened, not the misconstrued version corporate is pushing. Do better.
