The one star is for the windows and shower door, which were done very well! We paid $325 for windows and house cleaning. We were putting the house on the market for sale. Corinne came ahead of time to see what needed to be done, what to charge and how long the job would take. As we walked through the house I let her know what needed to be done and didn't, The day of cleaning I had to show Corinne the bathroom sinks were not clean. She became upset and said her husband had just spent an hour on the shower and it looked good but I also wanted my sinks to look good too. She did redo them but was not happy about it! As their scheduled time was running out they began cutting corners. All the tile floors were wet as they were leaving so I couldn't check out the job. When I could look at the work done, I was so disappointed and just felt sick. Her partner who cleaned the indoor windows used a bucket of soap and water and carried to each room. When she would dip her rag in it and bring it out water would get on my carpet... brought it to her attention, she said its just water...no it was dirty soapy water. She kept using this method so I got towels and put one under the bucket and others over the different water spots. Yes now I need carpet shampooed. When trying to explain this to Corinne over the phone she was upset and kept loudly talking over me! She did offer to come back for 30 minutes and finish jobs and redo others but a minute more and would charge me. I don't ever want this company back in my home! I have hired someone else to finish. My wife and I recently purchased a new home that we did several remodel projects on. When we were ready to move in, we wanted the house to be cleaned from top to bottom due to major "construction dust". Besides our floors, walls, window seals, fans, etc. being covered in dust, the bathrooms needed some deep cleaning, our master shower had some hard water spots on the tile and glass doors.
