The first company I called said the furnace was bad, and it was pumping carbon monoxide into the house. He would be back in the morning to give us a deal on a furnace. We huddled up and used the fireplace for the night. In the morning I thought maybe I should get a second opinion so I called Hi-Qual. They came out and took a look. All I had a was dirty contact that wouldn't ignite the furnace. The furnace hadn't been cleaned in a while so he spent some time cleaning it out. They also said that a technician will be coming by later that day to install a portable A/C , at no cost to cool our bedroom for the evening as well as the next day during the install, which was an 8 hour job. Excellent service, professional from start to finish and followed up with us as promised. What also was a pleasant surprise is that they at no time try to sell us stuff we did not need.
