I was given the previous owner's email address and told to contact them directly, but the email bounced back. Unfortunately, the level of customer service has declined significantly and could use improvement.

I've tried many salons throughout the Vermont and New Hampshire area and I always felt like just a number. The last salon pedicure visit to a high reviewed salon in NH took 3 HOURS and left me with tears in my eyes and horrible pain in my toes from having them filed to the point of blood, even with me telling her to stop I've had enough she continued to say "no no 5 more minutes, you're not done yet!" She was kind and helpful and extremely professional. I got a shampoo, cut, and dry and it was an astounding 35 dollars...I've been getting used to shelling out 45 or more for a haircut so that was mind blowing. The cut itself was thorough and high quality (she trimmed up my bob and added layering). Rachel was also extremely helpful when it came to answering my question about hair styling. She taught me how to apply dry shampoo and texturing spray properly, and even taught me how to curl my shorter hair!! I learned more in that one appointment than I have anywhere else. The whole experience was lovely. From the coffee and tea available in the waiting room, to the spa-like shampooing experience, I was immediately impressed and happy to have chosen Orbit!
