Since it was my first time with her (and needed a lot of help from my last cut which needed some serious fixing), Lacey took extra time to play with my hair, show me a couple of options to go about fixing the style without losing sight of my long term plan: keep my hair long. She then washed my hair, cut it while wet, dried it, and cut again. I've never had someone take as much care as she did, weighing options before cutting since you can only go shorter not longer! She also was informative, explaining the reasoning behind why she was cutting while wet, then again while dry, and any products she was using -- which by the way were acrobatically fabulous. Lacey was also a super conversationalist. Real, down to earth, and easy to talk to, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience from start to finish. Left with an amazing smelling bottle of Moroccan oil, love for Lacey and her amazing skills, and an incredible haircut.
