This review is long overdue, (been too distracted with all thats currently going on in the world)!…read more I really don't know where to begin with how amazing Lee & his team have been! He came & gave us a quick and itemized quote as promised! Affordable and beautiful work, worked with our budget the best they could. Answered any & all questions I had about the work being done, walked me through step by step about the process. They did so well, we hired them again for more projects in our backyard! They absolutely transformed both our front yard AND our backyard. We used to have a completely eye sore of a yard, & We now officially have one of the nicest yards on our block because of Lee & the rest of the team! We get so many compliments & I've already had to pass around their information to the rest of the neighborhood! I will never ever need to look any further for GREAT/QUALITY work anymore, not to mention having to keep getting other outrageous quotes. They were professional, & finished all jobs when they said they would! I highly recommend Lee's Lawn & Garden services to anyone. THANK YOU LEE for everything!! Y'all made us love our home that much more! P.s. Lee also showed us all our options for our plants at the nursery, & let us pick out all of them! Even knew ALL details about every plant in sight!

Unfortunately, my experience with Cornerstone Landscape has echoed that of Mr. Brian M below…read more I contacted Cornerstone based on their solid reviews on Yelp and other sites. I also was told the soonest Scott could come out was in three weeks. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm the appointment window and the office assistant confirmed that I was scheduled for a 3p to 5p window. Had to leave work early to meet the window (not a problem, planned it in advance). Scott never showed up. Waited until 5:30p before calling to get an update, but the office was closed and I was directed to Scott's voicemail by the automated answering machine. Left a voicemail. I called back first thing the next morning to explain the situation and the office assistant took my phone number so she could call me back after talking with Scott. I never heard back. I called one more time the next business day and left another voicemail. I still have not heard anything back from Scott or the office assistant. It really sounds like Scott and his team do great work, but I have not experienced the prompt or courteous responsiveness that others have. I understand that things happen sometimes, but a business should always communicate with its customers when a scheduling issue arises. ***************************** UPDATE Scott called me personally this morning to apologize for missing the appointment last week. The lack of communication appears to be due to the office logging an incorrect area code on my phone number. My subsequent calls alerted the office to the error. I'm giving Scott and his team the benefit of the doubt and we are going to try to meet again tomorrow. Upgrading my review to a 3s for now.

We have been long‑term customers of Trinity, but the quality of their landscaping work has declined…read moresignificantly in recent years. Over the past 1-2 years, we've experienced repeated issues with plant installations, many of which failed within 18 months. In February, Trinity pruned--and ultimately destroyed--four large, healthy plants (3-4 feet tall) that we had planted ourselves the previous summer. This was done without our knowledge or permission. It took nearly four months for them to replace only two of the plants, and they refused to replace the other two, insisting they would "come back." One never did, and the other is only now starting to recover and is barely a foot tall. When they replaced the two plants, one arrived with a snapped limb that they left unaddressed and refused to replace. We also had to replace five holly bushes that Trinity installed two years ago. They were planted unevenly and improperly spaced, and despite being replanted, they began dying again within two weeks. Trinity has refused to honor their warranty or work with us toward a resolution. There is a clear pattern of poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and difficulty in communication. We have since moved on to a new landscaping company that has been excellent.
