They have 1000's of supervisors but cannot connect to one. I believe this company is an absentee owner with his airhead daughter working the phones. They know nothing, they can not find anything, and why Floor and Decor does not vet them is unknown. They are a waste of time. Hours spent just having them look up a work order that the girl has no training and does not know what they do. The claim all their installers for plumbing, tile, flooring, counters, etc are their own employees and not independent contractors. I believe they are 100% fly by night, take advantage of the consumer. Avoid them. It also appears they have multiple addresses and phone numbers, the sign of a 100% scam company.
