    My order was over $500 with expedited shipping and the packaging, you would think something…read moreexpensive and nice was in it. Instead its a wood coffee table completely split on its side. And this is wood, so splinter and severe cut city if someone bumps up or rubs up against the table. There are dings on this piece and exposed nails, which suggest very shotty construction. They thought this was ok to put in someone's home? And I have a small child. There clearly was no care of review of the item before it left the warehouse there's no way this was looked at before sent out. It has a white film/layer of dust on it as well. Pretty gross. This made me think that it had been sitting in a corner somewhere on clearance or something its definitely not a piece to send to anyones home. I called the number from their website: 888-641-3914 and immediately the rep told me I had to email Benzara. Which I've done and I did it within business hours 3:23pm today. I've also emailed this evening the support@casagear.com email address after reading YELP AFTER purchasing. Shame on me, I LIVE on Yelp and didnt think to check them out online. Got a response by the time I woke up this am! Kind of pumped!! Hopefully the refund comes through as soon as they say. I see reviews the company says this and doesn't do it. We shall see. By the 2nd day post delivery, I've received the notice my funds have been refunded. Im bummed the table wasn't up to standards/quality BUT I'm very pleased that although the YELP reviews said otherwise, that my experience in getting assistance and refunded was taken care of with high importance and in a timely manner.     We ordered a dining table through them and I received the table on a Tuesday and set it up…read moreimmediately when I got home. I noticed the dents in the chrome metal base and cracked paint on the table panel top instantly. I sent an email the next day on a Wednesday with photo evidence to them and told them I want the issue resolved. It has been over a week and they have been ignoring my emails after only responding once and never again with a return label for me to return it. I also have called them and left voice messages and they have not called me back. I am writing to warn you all that they have terrible service and do not care about their customers. Biggest scam ever! I have highly disappointed. I have a messed up table and I am not even getting a response to get my money back.
