From beginning to end the service experience exceeded my expectations. They not only helped me find the furniture that I needed but they were also patient with me when I changed my mind and went with a different option. Their ideas were insightful and very much appreciated. With these two you are getting much more than just sales people, you are getting interior designers as well. The setup was a breeze and now I have furniture that will last a very long time. So again thank you. I'm very happy to do business with you and to call you my friends. If anyone is looking for furniture, Yessi's should be your first and last stop.

Fadi was super quick to respond to my message and it turns out that he had the couch I was looking for in stock! I was so happy and set up a time to look at it. One note: I was super impressed with the Francis Retail website which made it easy to see all the furniture that was in stock. I set up an appointment for my boyfriend and I to try out the couch. We were very impressed by the selection and quality at the Francis Retail warehouse. It was easy to get to and in a nice area with a decent amount of parking (parking lot not street). We purchased a Mira sectional and we absolutely love it. In addition, we also got a Grand Leisure Nogales Glider which was perfect for our patio. Fadi is a great salesman and helped us find the best furniture to fit our space. Both pieces were delivered the next day and the delivery men were super careful and even assembled both pieces for us! I would definitely come back to purchase more furniture in the future. The prices here are reasonable and I highly recommend checking out Francis Furniture before shopping new at Costco. Thank you Fadi!!!

I started having noticeable back pain after sitting on the chair they sold to me as a genuine Knoll…read moreGeneration. When the pain kept getting worse, I finally inspected the chair more closely and saw the gas cylinder didn't look like what should be on a genuine Knoll product. The gas cylinder clearly has a made by KGS Co., Ltd. marking on it. So I called the store to confirm whether the chair I bought was actually authentic and not Frankenstein'd, the sales person who sold me the chair, answered the phone and Instead of actually addressing my concerns, he acted like I was imagining things and insisted that it's a Knoll chair because it says so on the back. He then proceeded by saying that they don't take returns on used items as they're sold as-is, but will check with his manager. He called me a few minutes later stating that they would make an exception for me and take it back for a store credit only with a 20% restocking fee. In other words, they won't stand behind what they sold, but they will charge me to hand it back to them. I asked for the manager to call me, and - a shocker - no one ever did. Zero follow-up. Zero accountability. If you care about product, authenticity, being taken seriously as a customer, are getting basic professionalism, look somewhere else. This was a complete waste of time and money.

CasaOne is just awesome!!!…read more Firstly, I found CORT on google, but the price is not really reasonable for me. They neither have simple furniture as I expected. Then I found CasaOne, reasonable price with fast online customer service. I have no doubt this is the one I will lease furniture from! I placed an order on Tuesday morning, and they pushed the delivery process, make it 3 days earlier than usual. So I received the furniture on Saturday. That's pretty awesome because I just spent 1 night on the floor, you saved my back, dudes :P Peter & Hector arrived at 9 AM, just as the appointment said. They delivery all furniture inside my apartment, and they even brought shoe cover in order to protect my carpet! And always watch my door and wall while moving stuff, very caring and professional! 1 Sofa, 1 Dining Table, 1 Bed, they assembled all these stuff in 15 mins!!! Incredible!! Clean everything and take boxes back, just that simple! BTW, everything I received is BRAND NEW! I will definitely choose CasaOne again for next time leasing! Highly recommend to everybody! Thank you, Peter & Hector, you did great jobs! You guys should be the annual star staffs ^^
