I was desperate in need of some cash I decided to pawn my Rolex. They offered me only $1,000 for a Rolex that is worth $15,000. This watch has sentimental value so I didn't want to sell it because I know I could've got more. A month later come back to get my items and my watch is completely scratched . AVOID AT ALL COSTS THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!! I pawned a pair of sneakers and a gold chain. When I went to pick up and pay for my items I didn't look at them much because I thought they were trustworthy people. They gave me back an identical pair of shoes that were worn a bit and were replica fakes. I know my shoes are not fake because I go to sneaker conventions and eBay authenticated them as well. as well as my chain they gave back to me looked all scratched up as if one of the employees where wearing it!! I've only wore my gold chain twice it should've have all those scuffs on it. I confronted them about it and they tried to say those were my shoes and to get out of the store. For my shoes and chain that are worth over $3,500 dollars they only gave me $310 dollars as a pawn and charged me $500 to get it out. read more

After looking at some reviews, I'm pretty scared now I needed the money today and I went and ponded a gold bracelet that I know is 14 karat gold, and the gentleman marked it at 8Karat I told him if he was sure about that. He said yes that he put it in the machine. I told him OK cause I have paperwork in the car stating that my gold bracelet is 14k so if there is any switch off to my item I will report them immediately , hire a lawyer because there is probably more going on & I will not EVER do business with them so for now I will keep it at that until next paycheck I'll let you guys know if they did anything to my items read more

I needed a small loan of 100.00 to help. My daughter with her rent so I was trying to get a loan on my Bulova watch that's is at least 8 hundred dollar watch and had way more sentimental value than the dollar amount I told someone via text that I would be there to get it out the following day because the watch was the only thing of my fathers who just passed away about 3 weeks before I was offered 50 bucks As disappointing as it was I figured that it was better than needing the full Amount on a watch that was an 800 dollar watch that in the event that I didn't go back for it they would have sold for Way more than 50 bucks the people working the day I went to get it out were no better that the ones working the day I went to get the loan they are rude and don't know that it's rude to whisper and especially to point I don't understand why I would be a reason to point and chuckle at I did go BAck amd was charged almost half of what the loan was for on a loan That was paid back only 2 days later this place os just not a business I will be doing Business here again I would have paid 100 percent back had their guest service was not as trashy as it is read more
