Nick, Chris + Michael were kind, courteous and straight forward during a rainy Tuesday when I needed a loan on some pistols I own. I was able to dial them beforehand and speak about an estimate on my Sig and a few custom Glocks. I drove down the 57 freeway to Imperial, they're only a few blocks from the exit. I was able to secure a 4 month loan with a few signatures and a thumbprints. I was surprised at their gun and jewelry selection and a plethora of video game consoles, laptop computers and so much more. I'm looking forward to hearing when they have some Gold or Silver American Eagles in. Next day went to somewhere in Anaheim and got more for the same items minus 4 rings! I would of gotten 1,000 dollars more than what they told me. I had went to Imperial brokers after going to several pawn brokers and they were the most professional workers and all had served me with integrity . They made a deal with me and gave me cash in the spot and I pawned my wedding ring . 2/12 months later I went to check on it and it was still safe in a safe . I attempted to make a payment of interest but they didn't take it because it wasn't due . Once the Covid-19 came by I got a worried then in the mail I got a letter staying if I didn't respond I my ideas would be sold . I immediately called and the owner told me to not worry about the letter it's legal regulations but because the hold all accounts are frozen and will not get sold . That is amazing to know they are standing behind their customers. When I get my stimulus check I can't wait to make a payment to them so I can support them back . I want to give them a standing ovation and if any one is in need of money I truly recommend to count on them . They have went above and beyond to help my family out in 2 finicial hardships . Wow! I can not say enough good things about this place. First let me say I was a little apprehensive going to a pawn shop because of all the horrible things I've heard about them. So I went to Yelp and seen that this one had great reviews. So I went to go check it out. I've held on to an old engagement ring from a horrible person for years and decided it's time to get rid of it. I felt extremely safe here, they have to buzz you in. I spoke with Dave. He checked out the ring and suggested me try to sell it privately first. That I would be able to get more for it. He gave me all the information on the ring and gave me a price to sell it and how much it's valued for. He said that if I don't, I can bring it back and he will buy it. He even had it cleaned for me so that I can take pictures to sell it. Who does that? Not only that but he told me when I do plan on selling it I can do the sell at their location at no charge so that he can inform the buyer that it is authentic and under value. And not only that but he wanted to make sure it was a safe sell for me since I'll be listing through craigslist. He made me feel comfortable and safe and I'm so grateful he offered to help with the sell for my protection. I can truly say that this is a honest and caring pawn shop. I have been going to Pawnshops for years now. 99.9% of Pawnshops are straight Vultures. They give you the absolute bare minimum on what your pawning and if you are a second late you lose your item. At Imperial Pawnbrokers in Brea it's the exact opposite. They try and give you what you need and when it's time to pick up your stuff they not only give you a ten day grace period on what you pawned they actually will call you after the ten days giving you yet another chance to pick up your merchandise.
