My wife and I were only looking for a front load washer with great cu ft, since we have a big family. We were approached by the American Sweet Heart (Marcos). He went above and beyond to not only on trying to sell but asked the right questions and was very friendly and NOT pushy like lots of typical sales people. He heard our demands and met them by giving us different options that fit our budget. Branded options if I didn't say... Original prices were mod to high but they offered a hell of a discount I couldn't refuse and still walked out with an affordable cost including the delivery and installation. It was such a great experience and cost that we decided to buy another fridge and return the previous one we bought from a different company/vendor; saving us money and having better performing branded appliances. Unfortunately, it broke down shortly after purchase due to a major issue. When I reached out to resolve the problem, they refused to replace it and offered an unreasonable buy-back instead. After only a few months, being left with a non-working appliance and no real support is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress of going back and forth with this business.
