Very disappointed with the level of service I received.
I made an appointment to have my leaking mini-split unit serviced, and the technician showed up about an hour after the scheduled service window. I actually had to call the office myself just to find out where the technician was.
Once he arrived, I wasn't confident in the service being performed. I had to provide my own ladder and air compressor basic equipment I would expect a service technician to bring for this type of job.
The technician flushed the unit, but he didn't thoroughly inspect the coils or properly check the drain hose from the inside to determine what was actually causing the leak.
Not long after he left, the unit started leaking again. I called him immediately and received no response. I also sent a text message with photos showing that the unit was still leaking, and again received no reply or follow-up.
To make matters worse, I was charged more than the advertised $45 diagnostic fee, even though the problem was never actually resolved.
Overall, I paid for a service call, had to provide some of the technician's equipment myself, the original problem wasn't fixed, and I couldn't even get a response afterward. Very disappointing experience and level of customer service. read more
