He arrived in about 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem (we needed a new motor) and gave us a few recommendations. We opted for a refurbished motor with a 1-year warranty. He said he had one and could come back that evening. 30 minutes later he called to say he found a motor nearby and was on his way back. I had a replaced motor and belt with a vacuumed interior 2.5 hours after my initial phone call! All for less than $300! I highly recommend Tino for all your appliance repairs.

He ran into some unexpected issues when replacing the pump (previous contractor made mistakes) and spent a lot of time making it right. Niko was very nice and cleaned up very carefully after himself. The next day when I try to use that fixed dryer, found the drum wouldn't roll. The technician just came and found the problem, cleared that shortly with very nice attitude. Since that was under the 2 months warranty, there is no additional charge for this service. The company keeps their promises with solid technical background supports.
