I showed them my appointment card which said 10 am. The receptionist told me that she would try to talk to the administrator and help me as soon as possible. Well 15 min. later i approached the front desk again, then the receptionist tells me that I would not be seen till 11 am. Well how long was she going to let me sit there before telling me that. Now i have to come in next week to do the paperwork, after I have arranged my schedule for this meeting. You know us mothers have nothing to do with our time but sit around and do paper work. Plus I have to pay 100 to do this paperwork. If a patient cancels without proper notice we have to pay the doctors office office a fee, but if they show complete disregard for our time and schedule nothing happens. If I had know that they were this incompetent, I would have gone to a different dentist.

I booked an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that I felt totally at ease and comfortable as soon as I entered the office. The staff was very receptive and meeting Dr Arya was a pleasure. The office is easy going and not after you to get everything done right way. He explained everything in a calm manner and answered all my questions very patiently. Now it has been a few visits to the office and I am out of my anxiety which I used to get when I entered a dental office.... Thanks Dr Arya and your team. I am sure to send you my friends.

I also was impressed with Dr. Bogard's credentials online and personal demeanor during my evaluation. I was not disappointed; my procedure went very well. Dr. Bogard babied me to sleep did his magic and I had very little discomfort during the healing process. Going back in a few months to get a quote on implants.

The receptionist was so sweet and kind booking my appointment and helped me figure out if my insurance would cover everything which it did! When I arrived I filled out some paperwork and then saw the dentist for a quick chat to discuss what was going on. Then I was brought into the surgery room by the dental assistant to get ready. The dentist came in and put the IV in for the sedation and he said "I'm just giving you something to relax you" and then I woke up and it was done! I was a little woozy so I was put into a darkened room to wake up fully with a blanket. The secretary called me the next day to see how I was even! so kind. I was very impressed with this clinic. The dentist even gives out his cell phone number in case you need him after hours. I've never had any doctor do that! I had very little bleeding and very little pain. It was by far the best experience I've had at a dentist and I would recommend Dr. Kang to anyone.

However, I recently had a reason for needing some oral surgery, and my dentist referred me do Dr. Brar's office. And I am glad about that. First of all, Dr. Brar must be good at hiring people, or have somebody helping him do that. Everybody I've been in contact with are great to work with, and makes me feel relaxed. Or as relaxed as you van feel at a dental surgeon. On top of that, Dr. Brar himself is a great dentist. He is friendly, knowledgeable, efficien, and have a great "bedside manner". My toot extraction took about 15 minutes, and apart from the sounds you hear when a tooth is pulled out of your upper jaw, there was no pain, no discomfort. Nothing. If I ever need oral surgery again, this is where I'll go, and I would recommend Dr. Brar to anybody needing it.

Dr. Subedar, explained the process, and the end result was as good as could be. However, during the procedure, my cheek was abraded and 8 days later it is still swollen and sore. My dentist sent a complete x-ray on a thumb drive & I was told they could not read it & I had to have another. For which I was charged $124.00. What computer these days can't open a file. Lindsey who is in charge of finances was anything but clear. Since I do not have dental insurance I asked to negotiate the cost. Since I know that insurance companies pay just pennies on the dollar. I was able to negotiate a 10% discount, and it is their policy to give a 5% discount for cash. Agt the end of our negotiation I understood that I was to get a 10% discount and according to their policy I would get an additional 5% for paying cash. I paid cash. First, they could not give me change, so I had to wait until the follow-up visit and when I asked about the cash discount I was told that it was part of the 10%. The quote I received showed a 10% discount, and that was not broken down stating that it really was only a 5% discount. I feel that this way of dealing with patients who attempt to negotiate a better deal borders on Fraud.
