Now i have to come in next week to do the paperwork, after I have arranged my schedule for this meeting. You know us mothers have nothing to do with our time but sit around and do paper work. Plus I have to pay 100 to do this paperwork. If a patient cancels without proper notice we have to pay the doctors office office a fee, but if they show complete disregard for our time and schedule nothing happens. If I had know that they were this incompetent, I would have gone to a different dentist.

When I checked in for my consult appointment I was given literature (which I liked) which outlined all things wisdom teeth related. Dr. Bellamy checked my teeth and went over all the risks of leaving wisdom teeth in and taking the out, the risks of surgery. I found him to be very reassuring. When I checked in for surgery I was nervous about being sedated, however the anthesiologist was also very reassuring; I was comfortable enough to joke with the doctors and nurses in the surgical room up until I was knocked out. My recovery has been great, I was given very good instructions and surgery was great! I also received a call the same to day to check how I was doing. If you are going to dental surgery for wisdom teeth I strong recommend Dr. Bellamy!

Instead, I was forced to keep my mouth at maximum opening for the entire time. No breaks. Very bad bruising from aggressive and rough treatment was still appearing 10 days later. They will not tolerate you telling them you are in pain. In fact, the surgeon acted like a child refusing to continue when I indicated I was in pain. I have never experienced this kind of trauma in any previous medical or dental treatment before.

First of all, Dr. Brar must be good at hiring people, or have somebody helping him do that. Everybody I've been in contact with are great to work with, and makes me feel relaxed. Or as relaxed as you van feel at a dental surgeon. On top of that, Dr. Brar himself is a great dentist. He is friendly, knowledgeable, efficien, and have a great "bedside manner". My toot extraction took about 15 minutes, and apart from the sounds you hear when a tooth is pulled out of your upper jaw, there was no pain, no discomfort. Nothing. I know I don't; however, I have to give it up to the staff at East West Dental. I needed to go in for some dental and was referred by a friend. I'm a student, and I did not know what exactly was going to be covered but the front desk staff figured that out for me even more I came in. So I walked into the office and there was no issue, I was greeted and took a seat. As I waited (I did come in early) they had the game on the TV in the lobby so it wasn't bad. I went in to see Dr. Manku and the visit went great. He explained everything he was going to do before he got to work, he took his time, and made a point to make sure that I wasn't in discomfort. All in all, the experience that began over the phone when I booked my appointment to the actual visit was great and professional. I will be coming back to see Dr. Manku again.
