Brian picked up the phone, listened patiently while we tried to describe this mystery cord using absolutely zero correct terminology, and somehow immediately knew exactly what we were talking about. Wizard behavior! Not only did he figure it out, but he also set it aside so it was ready for us when we walked in. From there, he kept the same great energy: super kind, patient, helpful, and with a really fun sense of humor. No rushing, no eye rolling, no "how do you not know this" vibes. And they honestly wanted to make sure that I knew help was at hand and they were there to answer questions or show me to anything I was looking for. Really impressive. Other than that I can testify that they have a variety of used instruments and a ton of vintage amps. They are a Music Man authorized dealer and can order for you though I saw only one new MM on hand. Which is pretty common... They have a big collection of classic vinyl records if that is your thing...
