Nothing but good things to say about these guys…read more I bought my car only a few months ago and from the time I bought it the brakes were wonky. Recently they began squealing so I did a LOT of research on car mechanics to take my car to and decided on this place. Initially they called me up and said they didn't think there was anything wrong and so they wouldn't charge me. I appreciated their honesty. Then they called and said they figured it out and would charge me $600- slightly what I was expecting to pay, but fine nonetheless. Anyways, when I got to the place they had not only fixed my brakes but my engine as well AND they washed my car, too. They also charged me $100 less than what they quoted over the phone. I have nothing but good things to say about this car mechanic and would trust them if I ever needed my car to be serviced.

Brought my truck to Willowwood Service Center for a state inspection and specifically told them…read morethere was a loud metal-on-metal clanking sound coming from the rear whenever I went over bumps. I wasn't vague about it -- I clearly explained the issue and expected at least a basic attempt to identify it. The truck passed inspection, I was charged (including an extra fee for using a debit card), and I was told they couldn't find the noise. After moving out of state and getting the truck inspected again, the problem was identified almost immediately: a bad sway bar bushing causing the rear suspension to rattle around. Obvious enough that another shop spotted it right away. So I'm left wondering: how does a shop performing a state inspection miss a suspension issue I specifically pointed out, involving a loud metal-on-metal clank, and then charge extra on top of it? If you bring your vehicle here with an actual problem, you may want a second opinion.

It's a clean and friendly environment to wait while the car is being worked on...I'm so grateful for this shop. **** I moved here a year ago and randomly went to a place to get my car inspected. This year, however I did some research and decided to come here. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Maddie was the rep that greeted and assisted me today...she was wonderful! The waiting area is very clean, with ample chairs, coffee, a television, and restrooms for customers I also had my oil changed; tires rotated and balanced; and it was recommended that the car have a coolant system flush, along with a rear brake light replaced. I was out of there in 1.5 hours...on the 29th of November (one day left to the month/inspections due). Upon pulling into the lot (around 830am), I was immediately greeted by a technician walking out to diagnose another car. John, behind the desk, told me that my brake job would be one of the first cars in and my car was on the lift lift within 10 minutes. They still offered me a ride home if I didn't want to wait in the lobby though. I waited in the lobby, which was clean, had water, and coffee available as well. While I was waiting, I had multiple interactions with the front employees, the technicians, and John, who is in the process of becoming the owner. They all made me feel welcome and I enjoyed the time sitting in the waiting room. John was a very genuine man as well, and I felt that I was treated fairly, and also saw that he seemed to care about and treat his employees fair as well. The pricing was exactly what I was expecting for quality work, and he didn't hesitate to offer military, and loyalty discounts to customers that came in. Absolutely recommend coming here and this will be my first (and only) stop for any maintenance that I don't do on any of my automobiles.

Replaced the flywheel & clutch but did not replace a bearing that was a part of the repair. 3k miles later, the truck began giving trouble again. Difficulty shifting. I took it to a mechanic where I live (FL), and got the shifter fixed. $800 job. that was fixed but the shifting issues came back almost immediately, and this time accompanied by a chirping sound. I took the truck back & my mechanic asked more questions about the work I'd gotten done. I hadn't owned a car in the last 10 years so I didn't know anything. He encouraged me to call them and find out what kind of work was done so they could see if it was related to that and if there was a warranty on it. I called and got a rude person who made sure to tell me that they aren't the same ownership "so WEEE didn't do any work on the truck," she said. I asked if she could get me the information, she put me on hold for 10 minutes, then we got... disconnected. I called right back and got somebody much nicer, who told me what work they did, but was unable to email me any of the information and I guess also unable to find somebody who could do so for her. My mechanic had to call them to get them to send along the information we needed. Turns out all the issues were from the shoddy first job. Great. Better still, it would be covered by the warranty. Turns out labor there was like $300 cheaper than the place I go to now, so I'm not saying you get what you pay for. More that Precise offers a good value when they do the job well (new management, so maybe they do) I understand new ownership means that's not their fault. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they didn't do the shoddy work. They just wouldn't help me at all when I needed them to. My truck is running great now, so I hope you find a mechanic as good as the one I have now. Maybe it's Precise. I don't know.
