If I could give them 0 stars I would! Here's my story: My sister in law purchased a groupon from here to have a gender reveal done. I called and scheduled an appointment over a month in advance. They told me they would call the day before to confirm. When my appointment day came and I never received my confirmation call, I began to get worried. I called several times that morning and even left a message on their machine. We decided to drive up there anyways (40 minute drive for us). We show up to a door that's marked closed until 3pm with a hanging sign. However, my appointment was scheduled for 12pm. We again called, knocked on the door, and waited 30 minutes. We finally gave up and went to a competitor with no issues. I called again at about 1:30 to see if I could get an explanation and the woman finally answered. When I told her who I was she placed me on hold for several minutes. She came back and said she had been in the store since 11:45 and did not hear us knocking. She also denied receiving any calms or my voicemail. Since I felt she was completely lying to me I hung up. Here's the icing on this horrible cake. Today I find out that she still redeemed the groupon and was paid for services she did not provide! I'm encouraging all new moms to share this news so that this experience doesn't repeat itself! read more

Updating my review since I just had my appointment. April called to confirm the appointment the day before. That's a definitely plus considering I have pregnancy brain! We walked into the place and it was a boutique of super cute baby items. We were immediately helped by April who checked us in and had us fill out some paperwork. Not too long after, we met our ultrasound technician Vanesa. I loved how roomy the ultrasound room was. Plenty of room if we decided to bring more people. Once Vanesa started the ultrasound, she immediately noted that we are definitely having a girl. I asked her what we were looking at and she patiently explained. Yep, baby girl it is. Dad better get the guns ready for her teenage years. Our baby girl was very shy, she kept covering her face with her hand. She was originally upside down and Vanesa had me turn to my side to see if we were able to get a better view. We ended up having a few more sneak peeks of her but she was quite shy. Vanesa kindly gave us a few extra photos since baby girl decided she didn't want to be photogenic. Will definitely be back in 6-8 weeks. read more

Purchased a groupon to find out gender and take pics of my baby. Found out I'm having a girl. I've been here twice now, great customer service, no complaints! The only thing is they don't tell you when you use a groupon they charge you $9 in tax and I had to wait a extra 30 mins because they get super busy. When I went in, I saw Vanesa, who did my ultrasound, and she was awesome too: funny, friendly and informative. She made sure to move me side to side, had me empty my bladder and come back, etc to get the best views. The room was comfy and inviting and the entire place, including the restroom, was clean. Awesome experience. We had a groupon and I read some of the reviews but I could not have asked for a better time. The room was big and comfy with enough seating for everyone. The lady was so patient and even though one of our twins would not face the ultrasound, she tried everything she could. Didnt update their website because its "too confusing" so when i asked what time they closed, she had raised her voice at me and stated she was refusing my service because I had asked a question. I went to Tummy Time primarily because I wanted to find out gender and could not wait until my anatomy scan. The location isn't the best but the employees were very sweet and tried their best to make the experience a good one. The room is very comfortable and decorated nicely. I would recommend. She wasn't able to get the gender 100% for sure but was happy to reschedule for the following week free of charge. We went back and were surprised to find, it was a girl! read more

They were awesome! Left with the gender and a bag of goodies. Had to take a water and walk break so the baby would move positions. Very patient staff. Sole purpose was to know the gender. Finished our 4d/5d ultrasound with our 3rd baby this week. As always, the staff was super helpful. We came in a week before but baby was stubborn and didn't want to cooperate for pictures. So I was rescheduled free of charge and the ultrasound techs took more than extra time making sure we got to see our little boy. We've loved coming here with all of our babies to find out genders and just be able to see them before they make their actual debut. Super cute lobby and ultrasound room with space for guests to join in. Sanitized between each visit. They have all kinds of stuff for you to check out while you're there. Cute and clever onesies, buttons, diaper and formula cakes...Heartbeat stuffed animals to choose from. Lots of baby gender reveal items. Depending on your package, most come with a free gift. Kind of bummed knowing this is our last baby and we won't be stopping by again after this one. But will for sure be recommending to pregos I know. read more

We have been to Tummy Time twice now, both times we had Britney do our ultrasound and she was wonderful. Very nice, did a good job of getting the baby to move around when needed and got some good pictures. The reason I only gave four stars was because the first time we were there it was the middle of the week and they got us right in which was nice, but we had trouble getting good pictures of the baby's face so they offered us a free session to return to get better pictures which I thought was so great! So we went back a couple weeks later but on a weekend and they didn't get us in til over an hour past our scheduled appointment which was frustrating and there wasn't really any acknowledgment from the lady at the front to anyone who was waiting, no "sorry for the wait" or "it will only be a little while longer" or anything. I would not want to take away from the family before us by trying to make a deal out of hurrying up but I thought the way they scheduled was just silly. They only gave 15 mins for every appointment slot and almost every appointment we saw while we were there took longer than 15 minutes. So four stars cause maybe that's something they can work on, but other then that our experience of seeing our son was amazing! read more

I have read several reviews on this place and I actually will say that my experience was the opposite of unpleasant. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and made me feel comfortable as much as they could. Not to mention, I was running about 30min late and they still worked with me to get my 3D scan. The only sucky part is my little guy is so squished that we really couldn't get a good look at his face. We got 1 good one out of all of pictures which was great. Another thing I did like is that they even gave me a second chance to try and get a better view but yet again baby wasn't having it. I would definitely recommend this place and also say to not wait too far in your pregnancy to get yours done. Also drink plenty of water if you want the best quality picture. My experience with Tummy Time has been a memorable one and I will definitely recommend them to other moms to be.... Their Customer Service both over the phone and in person has been very pleasant, they are quick to call back if you have to leave a message and very friendly and patient. My baby decided he wanted to lay on his tummy most of the session so the ultrasound tech had me move around in a few different positions to try and shift him so we could get a good image of his face and it worked :-) They aim to satisfy their customers and I was very satisfied with my over all experience. Our wait was just a few minutes, the room our ultrasound was done in was so relaxing and comfortable and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that they have toys, a comfy large couch and extra chairs to occupy kids when people like myself bring 3 of my kids to my appointment! read more

Wow, I'm surprised by all of the negative reviews. I purchased the "little moments" package via Groupon as a gift for my daughter in law. I do have to agree that they are next to impossible to get on the phone but our overall experience was pretty phenomenal. First of all I scheduled a 4:30 pm appt but got stuck in traffic and ended up being over 30 minutes late. They not only waited for me but accommodated our fairly large group. The office manager and sonographer were great, professional and were super sweet to my daughter in law who is a 1st time mom. I could not have been happier. I would gladly use this business again and would recommend to friends and family. I would however advise them or Groupon to be more transparent about pricing. I assumed the fee I paid via Groupon was it. I was charged an additional $10 for taxes when I got there. It was purchased as a gift so thank goodness I was there. read more

I went yesterday for my session and it was the worst experience. First when I booked the appointment with an employee for five and then there was an "error" and it moved me to 4:30. They said come in whenever you can so we came around 4:45. We get there and they try to charge me after I already gave them my groupon information and then charge me for taxes which was never stated. We go in the room it's hot and there are no fans. I tell the employee and she says yea there's only one vent in here and she does nothing about it. Then they tell us no phones which I thought I could FaceTime someone so that made me upset. Then the employee who was doing my ultrasound was in training and needed help from someone else which was fine except the other lady wasn't friendly at all. They got the gel on my pants too. The first lady didn't start recording the DVD until the session was half way over. They printed me black and white pictures that you can't even tell what they are. And they did 4d once and took one picture and just rotated it and used those as my four 4d printed pictures. When we got out there was nowhere for my family to sit because they triple booked for 5pm. I am highly unsatisfied. It was a waste of my money and time. I will not be returning. I will not be recommending tummytime to anyone. Just ridiculous. read more

First time at Tummy Time and have to admit was not very impressed. The staff (well the only girl who was there) was rude and seemed to not want to be there. Her first statement when starting was "you know there are no guarantees that well get pictures right and there are no refunds", which seemed unprofessional and discouraging to not only me but my family. The technician also made several remarks on how "huge" my baby looks, which was offensive and rude. also wanna add its a small building, not very "cozy" if your talking several family members and it was extremely HOT. all in all we will NOT be going back or recommending this business to anyone. read more

Despite multiple calls and messages they had the nerve to say we never even called them. They also told my pregnant friend to calm down after she offered to show them proof of calls. Staff is not credentialed to perform Sonographic images, I would not go here, according to the "Owner" they feel that you do not need to be credentialed to do that type of work, which makes a mockery of real Sonographers. Not to mention a previous review I read where she asked for a heart beat, if they are not familiar with Fetal anatomy, or what a heart beat would sound like under Doppler it is possible that they are having their customers listen to the frequency in the umbilical cord. First I didn't want to judge the location of this place. Putting it near 4 liquor stores with a lot of shady characters walking by . We arrived early for out appointment and ended up waiting 40 min. After our scheduled appointment time while they told my fiancé she had to hold a full bladder she imagine how painful that was for her to begin the experience. SAVE YOUR MONEY SERIOUSLY!! Worst place I've ever been to. The office manager wouldn't let me reschedule my appointment when I am sick with the flu because it is against their policy! Wanted me to reschedule in 2 days.. Ughh have you ever been sick with the flu for 2 days???? NO! Their tech who is not even qualified to perform a sonography couldn't get an image because she is not even qualified to perform these tests independently. I went elsewhere the next day with a sonographer and got plenty of images and better views..The place looks likes a flea market and the staff resemble the Hills have eyes. The owner doesn't even try to give you good pictures and when you do get pictures you can barely tell what anything is! It's located in a ghetto area and the day I went, there were friends of the employee there hanging out in the place like it was a party house....Please use your money else where. The lady name Jenna was having a bad day and it reflected on the service that she provide. Her daughter was in an accident; which I felt sorry for her, so she was like 30 minutes late. I wished she would just called me to reschedule the appointment. She gave me false information saying that my baby was breeched; which he wasn't. Then she told me that my baby wasn't cooperating that's why she couldn't get any good photos, but really Jenna didn't do much to try to get any good photos for us. Plus Jenna breath was so bad, I couldn't stand it. If you're going to be face to face with a pregnant lady make sure you have good hygienes.
