After sending my reply, plus 3 follow up emails over 3 weeks and not receiving a return reply, I called them. There was no helpfulness or acknowledgement of the issue and they suggested i contact the shoe manufacturer. I rarely have any issues with orders. To be met with no assistance, and no willingness to acknowledge the issue other than there obtuse insistence the shoes were left in a hot car is NOT acceptable. If you have an issue with an order, don't expect support or resolution from this company.

An associate came by and asked if I needed any help and she found my exact size. We found a gift to purchase. The checkout line was short which was due to the waiting line outside. After I made the purchase of 2 Ugg footwear, a gift and a cleaning product I was walking out and forgot to apply a coupon. I headed back to the line and the cashier told me that she couldn't apply the coupon after it has been rung up. I asked if I can return the product and repurchase it w/ the coupon applied. She said I had to return the entire order and re-ring it. I questioned that method and she asked a seasoned cashier. I showed her the coupon she took my receipt and punched some keys and - and told me I would be credited back the amount saved from the coupon. Overall, I'm not mad that the prices have full priced items and some "Red Tag" items (I saved 50% plus my coupon).
