I spoke with Robin over the phone to confirm they carried it. She was very friendly, informative, and helpful. When I visited, she was there, was very patient, considerate, and answered all the questions she could. Other patrons were also quite friendly, listened to each other, and were genuinely interested in learning. It's a very cool, open, and laid back vibe. Some folx choose to not wear masks, so if this is a point of contention for you, be sure to bring your own. Pleasant experience with exemplary customer service.

They have nice fashion and if you want for their sales, you can really save money. You can always ask for a stylist as well. I went to the Shrewsbury store to return a dress that I purchased in May. The staff was very nice,…read morebut informed me that even with my receipt I was only going to receive a store credit since the purchase took place in May. I looked on the front of my receipt and did not see anything about returning or exchanging the item within a specific time frame. Then they informed me that I would only get a credit for the current purchase price. They informed me the return/exchange policy is on the back of the receipt. I purchased the dress on sale for $50.99 and the credit would only be for $34.99, the current sale price. UGH I pretty much purchase all of my dresses at The Loft since they have a nice selection of petite clothing. I only wish they would state the policy on the front of the receipt, i.e./purchase must be returned or exchanged within 45 days. The staff also informed me today they will have a new policy and the return or exchange must take place within 30 Days. I am pretty disappointed to say the least. I think I will have to choose another store for my petites. I guess Nordstrom's will be my choice for petites in the future. Have a nice day!

There were many sales associates on the floor making sure everything was folded properly and in the right places. I needed to find a size and the person who helped me was very friendly. She was able to find exactly what I needed in a place full of sale signs and loads of other shoppers. My favourite part of this experience was the fast and efficient check out line. The three cashiers were ringing people up with lightning speed. The only thing that slowed down the line were the shoppers who asked random questions and were not ready with their respective forms of payment. When I arrived at the register I let the cashier know I was unsure of the price of one of my items and I needed my total to come out to less than $60 including tax. The cashier presented a coupon that enabled me to purchase all the items, stay within my set budget, and I even received a coupon for an upcoming visit!

This shop is an outlet shop and they didn't disappoint me when it came to deals and collections. The first sign of a good business is when they involve themselves in the shopping experience and not stay far from you. I'm surprised that this place has mixed reviews for the exact same experience, though on the downside. We were promptly greeted and explained what deals are going on for the day. I couldn't remember the name of the store manager who was on duty but he was very patient with us trying out different colognes and gave us options based on the notes we asked for. We got ourselves a Jimmy Choo, Fujiyama, 3 AM, Vanille Persuasive, Gloss and #Hashtag. All these colognes and perfumes have good fragrance that stays and the price deal was real as we compared them online with some other premiere sellers.
