Using the services of Vincent - he's a model for anyone who wants to learn how to deliver great service - I was shown a soft sided, international travel approved bag that cost less than no-name luggage and some well known brands too. Vincent was attentive, knowledgeable, a perfect listener and fun to work with. Like I said, the model for any sales rep in any business. I went home happy and sure I have the right bag for my travels. I always associated Tumi with quality at an out of my reach price point (I'm not rich) but Vincent proved me wrong! Even though the crowds were crazy a sweet sales lady named Corrine did an awesome job trying to help us find the right set. The Samsonite outlet had plenty of options and a nice selection of styles to choose from but none with all three required features at an affordable price. There was a close contender with a new body style but the colors were limited to blueish grey or black grey, so our luggage search continues.

He was very informative and made me feel comfortable with my decision. I originally went into the store looking for new luggage because my old luggage broke its wheel. I ended up purchasing two pieces of luggage which I am very happy with and will also be bringing in my old luggage to be fixed. Although the store can be crazy at times as it was when I was there the service is remarkable and can really make the whole experience. Catherine stated they had none in stock (even Bric's website listed them on back order). However, she provided me with "knock your socks off" customer service; did a store search, found some, AND sent me the link to order. This was Monday. I contacted Bric's who referred me to their webpage where a list of approved dealers were listed. I contacted Square Luggage and sent the requested information and photos of the broken part. They were extremely helpful and told me the cost if the part and shipping which I found very affordable. After a quick phone call they were able to have the replacement handle to me and the suitcase again looks brand new. I likely won;t be able to shop their store directly; however, reviewing their website I will definitely keep their information for any future needs.

The luggage takes the rough & tumble. Thrown about everywhere. Their product stands up! I guess people just only write when they want to complain. Yes, you know who you are. The finish is completely untenable for travel yet no warning is given to the consumer. We of course expected the same quality of our other bags. Despite the fact that the items were purchased last week and we only made on trip, they will not help us at all with the purchases. In these times, purchasing expensive luggage is a luxury and this company does not care about their consumer nor do they back up their products. Incredibly disappointing and we won't be purchasing from them ever again.
