Had the chicken fried steak and it was delicious! Mashed potatoes and fried okra very good too! Service was excellent!

From start to finish, this place is top notch. From the warm greeting at the front door to the friendly "Have a great evening" on our way out, everything about this visit impressed us. We arrived on a holiday weekend expecting a long wait, so we came a few minutes before opening to beat the crowd. Smart move. The owners clearly anticipated the rush and had adjusted the menu--not in a limiting way, but to focus on their best dishes and keep the kitchen running smoothly. This is an on-the-water restaurant, so the vibe is relaxed and chill. There's seating for everyone--whether you walk up dressed for dinner or boat in wearing a swimsuit cover-up. Choose inside with AC or outside under ceiling fans. We started with cocktails, and the Bloody Mary was a meal in itself--loaded with bacon, beef stick, cheese stick, spicy pickled okra, pickles, celery, and olives. At our table, we ordered a variety: the grilled chicken sandwich, chicken quesadillas, pork chops, and chicken-fried steak--plus a trip to the salad bar, which is one of the best on the lake. Maybe the best. The wait staff was knowledgeable and attentive, quick with refills, and clearly well-trained. The kitchen crew and food runners were efficient and on point. With the holiday weekend behind us, we're already looking forward to coming back--again and again. We love the walk over the water to reach the floating restaurant, but also appreciate the courtesy golf cart rides to and from the parking lot. I have been retired for years and my wife just retired so we sold our house in Edmond and moved to the lake. Our anniversary is this week and we always celebrate with a nice dinner at a steak house so we decided to check out Tumbleweeds. My wife got the filet with green beans and a loaded baked potato. I got the smothered steak with corn on the cob and a loaded baked potato. We both eat our steaks medium rare and they were cooked to perfection. Sides were excellent as well. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. After we finished our dinner the owner came by and asked about our meal and stayed and talked for a while. When we said we were there for our anniversary she sent us home with a bread pudding each on the house. Since the temperature was 27 degrees we really appreciated the golf cart ride back to our vehicle. We will definitely be back. read more

Really friendly staff, from the moment we were seated to walking out the door. Made us feel like we were in our home town. The Blackened Blue Cheese burger was awesome. I should have taken half of it home, but couldn't stop. The sweet potato fries were just the right amount of crispy. My wife's petite Montreal was just the right portion... a tad over done (closer to medium well than the requested medium rare)... but no need to send it back. Good sides, too. First visit was 4/26/25 and overall it was an average experience. We were sat quickly and the server came over timely and took drink orders. We went with the Oklahoma Round Bales as an appetizer. They were tasty with just a nice bit of heat. Unfortunately due to the pending menus change my first two choices were unavailable so both the wife and I ordered the steak Oscar. Both of our steaks were ordered medium and both came out way under done. Once they sent them back and returned they were cooked correctly. However, not sure I would order with the Oscar again. I really didn't see any crab meat in the toppings, only shrimp. Also I asked for my okra to be real crisp and it wasn't. The mashed potatoes with white gravy had a good taste. The desserts were pretty good. We tried the apple pie and bread pudding. We may give it one more try this summer to see if we just caught an off night. read more

WOWZA. This place was delicious! Our party of eleven spent the weekend in Eufaula and found this place by looking on Yelp. ALL of our food was delicious and the service was great! We had steak, burgers, big boy grilled cheese and kids spaghetti. Everything was cooked to perfection and the sides were outta this world! The service was fast and they were very attentive to us. I had a ribeye and it was perfect in every way. Loaded baked potatoes were just as good. I loved the salad too. It was the green leaf kind, which happens to be my favorite. If you ever get to Eufaula, give it a try. Oh and it's kinda long walk from the parking lot to the restaurant. If you call ahead, they'll pick you up I their golf cart and take you back to your car. The owner even came out to see how the food tasted. Very nice. Ppl. The owner and waitress were very friendly and went out of their way to take care of us. Even having a young man take us back up to our car by golf cart. We got there just as their summer staff had left to go back to college and you might have thought that would have caused issues. But the staff worked together to take good care of us. Walked up to a full staff getting ready to go to work on the deck. they looked capable enough. went in was seated quickly. I was told they would be serving me right away. Sat for 15 min while two employees decided what they were doing for the night by the bar. Finally came to serve me and had to ask who was there first the couple that walked in 10 min after me or my table. She had been watching as we were seated. Curtly took my order and moved to the other table. After they corrected her on there order twice and she yelled at the bartender across the restaurant twice As well as letting us and the rest of the room know there were only 2 of them working. I decided it was time to go somewhere else. Still didn't even have water 20 min after being seated. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. read more

We came in at 4pm, got our appetizer of calf fries and our meal of mushroom Swiss burger and Greek salad. Were done eating by 4:45x calf fries weren't very big and were more of the fried bits of breading. Greek salad was great and properly dressed. We were recommended this place from another camper and boy am i glad we tried it! The potato wedges were outstanding! The steaks were cooked to perfection and the service was fast and friendly. Top that off with the pear bread pudding and loaded brownies and we had to waddle out of there. Will make this a regular stop when we're back in the area. Reasonable prices too! This was our first time since Extreme Bar & Grill closed and it definitely will not be our last! The Fat Boy nachos are Amazing! Ask for extra queso and you will not be disappointed. They can be shared with a table of 4 for an appetizer or between 2 as a meal. Next the chicken fried steak, loaded baked potato and fried okra was delicious! The steak was hot, tender and covered with gravy. The baked potato came with all of the extras on the side and there were plenty of them. We were offered a sample of the Pear Bread Pudding which we took and Wow, we will save room next time for a full serving. The service was great too! Very attentive to our needs. They even had a golf cart running customers up to their cars which was excellent since it was so cold! The only negative would be how cold it was in the restaurant. It IS January and it does literally sit on the water, but a few heaters strategically placed could be very helpful during the freezing months. At the time I was there they were a little bit busy, but it didn't seem to hinder the service or add to the length of time to receive our food. The veggies in the stuffed chicken is certainly worth a mention here along with the calf fries and bread pudding. Everyone at the table loved their food with plans of going back. We did not have to wait. Server JP was wonderful. I think for a menu this large, it was very good.

To start we ordered 3 bottles of beer and received 3 drafts, ordered appetizers and received them 45 minutes later and they were cold as hell, ordered 2 children nuggets and Mac n cheese received nuggets and fries, my steak was severely over cooked did not receive any toppings for our backed potatoes, did not receive my coleslaw and to top it off my son never received his entire meal. then they charged us 181$ and we didn't receive half of what we ordered. we will NOT be ret to this restaurant ever!!! my 2 grand children that are only 7 were complaining one actually said if we come back I will cry. horrible service horrible food. read more
