I noticed a little advertisement on our table for a sushi roll option 3 rolls for $13.99, which seems too good to be true. Well, it was. I asked about it and the server went to the kitchen to ask, and they just said they couldn't make those specific rolls. So then I was confused because were they out of ingredients or they just didn't want me to order from the advertised menu? So he then clarified that I could just order from the menu. Ok fine, but don't have that on the table as advertisement. I got the Ironhead roll, which ended up being delicious and worth the $12.99 for 10 pieces. My husband ordered a bento box, which was unique from any I've had in other sushi restaurants. It had a great sushi roll they call avocado, but it had crab and good stuff too. Then it had lo mein with chicken & steak, an egg roll, a wonton, and some little chicken skewers. It was a great deal for $13.99. It was supposed to have soup & salad, but we had to ask because the server forgot. Also they offered ranch... The interior decor is definitely still the exact same as it was when it was a Mexican restaurant too. If you want the most hillbilly Mexican version of a sushi restaurant, this is your spot! I very much enjoyed my sushi roll. And I'd still eat here again. It was just a bit of an odd experience.

My food ended up taking a while so they gave me an extra piece of fish and let's just say that I was certainly pleased with that gesture. I didn't eat it all In one setting, so I was able to take some home and actually have lunch the next day. The place was such a relaxed space and easy spot to consume your food. Our shrimp and catfish platters came out next. The batter on both the shrimp and the catfish was incredible! It was cornmeal based, super crispy and well seasoned. You could see the flavor in the breading it was so good. The waffle fries were also exceptional. They weren't just there for backup, they were part of the delicious crispy flavor trio. The portion size was generous. I ate about half and took the other half with while my parents split a platter. The inside of the restaurant is very spacious and clean with a bright, modern feel to the space. It would be good for small or large groups. Again, I just wish I had tried this place sooner! I will be back ASAP to try some of the other menu items. The seafood boils look interesting, served with different flavored butters. Here's the setup- you are seated and they automatically bring you a bowl of coleslaw, baked beans, hush puppies, and a plate that has pickles and onions on it. This is for you to share, and they will keep refilling it as long as you empty it lol You then order what you want for your main off the list on the wall. I really can't eat fried food so I went with the salmon and it was cooked to perfection. I also had a side of steamed veggies which they serve with butter and some seasonings on the side so you can do what you want to do with it. Hubby was craving a steak and saw that they had a black Angus 10 ounce sirloin and so that is what he went with and he said it was absolutely fantastic. They have you cut into it to make sure it's perfect before they leave it with you. He also had an absolutely huge baked potato! I feel bad because we really couldn't eat all of this food, it's a lot! Beyond that, they were just carelessly strewn across the top of the roll, so the coverage for individual pieces was laughable. Horrible experience. Up until this time, I would have been recommending Blu over Junto, but now I'm not even sure it ranks higher than Sushi House. Don't plan to be back anytime soon.

Our meal was$49.99 and we had two teas. I was billed $74.91. I cannot find the receipt, but my tip was not a lot. We returned a couple of days later for dinner. My sister paid this time. We had another family member with us and ordered A LOT of food. It took a while for the food to be prepared and we had to go up a couple of times to get the food because it wasn't ready at once. Again, we had to get up a few times to refill drinks. We will return, but I will be paying cash. No tip and no charge for using a credit card and being charged for something else days later.
