I am so thankful we found this place! I'm on maternity leave and finding things to entertain my almost 2 year old while caring for a newborn has been hard. Tumble Jungle is the perfect place for us. We have a monthly membership and attend the morning "Baboons" class almost every day. It's free play followed by some structured activities. My son has really come out of his shell and is learning so much. The instructors Isabel and Andrea are also fantastic and so good with the kids. Truly recommend this place. I'm going to miss it when I have to go back to work but I know our nanny will continue to bring my son and eventually my daughter as well! read more

We had our 5 year old's birthday party at Tumble Jungle in Norwalk and had a wonderful experience! I booked the party with Nicolette and from the first call she was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. They were expecting us and helped all of our guests with a SMILE! Jackie was one of our party hosts, I felt like she knew my daughter from the past. Request Jackie for your parties. All of the parents loved the place and the kids, oh they did not want to leave. I would absolutely have another party here again. I would also like to bring her in to use their facilities at another time. Clean, reasonable, pizza was good, we were not rushed. We have been to this venue for a variety of events. Birthday parties, drop in play, camps and or own birthday party. Pros: -It is clean & spacious -Staff is friendly. - Kids have a variety of things to do, so not boring not do they outgrow the facility too quickly. - Camps are great and themes are fun. Very convenient. -they take activities to the children's ages. Cons: -Birthday party can get hectic for parent throwing it if there are more than 20 kids. -You are not allowed to bring in your own food (unless cake or chips) for birthdays. This makes it much more pricey should you want drinks and food. Mark up of food is very high. Overall, we really enjoy it. It's well run. My son's favorite camp place when there is school break. My favorite option for when I have errands or birthday parties/rsvping to one because I feel safe with him at this facility. read more

I rarely write reviews, but I felt that my experience with Tumble Jungle today warranted one as it concerns the safety of my child. We recently moved to the area and were looking for fun activities to keep our active 20-month-old busy. After a pretty positive trial class, we decided to do a few more drop-in classes before committing to a membership. Today's class was no different from the others and my son had a good time playing and socializing with the other children. Needless to say, I felt good about the entire experience and was planning on inquiring about the membership on my way out. However, towards the end of the class my son - surprisingly - wanted to try out one of the swings. My son has always had a fear of swings, which is something we've been working on to help him overcome. So you must imagine how wonderful it felt to not only see my little one reach for the swing unprompted, but to also see the huge smile on his face when I began to gently push him. Well, that excitement lasted for about 30 seconds because, seemingly out of nowhere, one of the hooks to the swing came loose. In what felt like an instant, I saw my son's head whip back as the rope that snapped off struck him in the mouth. Thankfully, I was able to catch him in time and saw no visible injuries anywhere on his body. However, as I tried to console my son amid his terrified sobs, I was troubled by the fact that not one person bothered to check on us. As if to add insult to injury, when I informed the front desk of what happened, the most they could offer were their "sincerest" apologies. Nothing substantial in the way of a refund was offered - all I got were verbal reassurances that they would do safety checks going forward prior to each class. As I left, I thought to myself "shouldn't that be standard practice already?" It was this question that prompted me to write this review. I understand that accidents happen, especially with young children. However, the fact that equipment safety checks prior to each class aren't standard practice is extremely concerning. Additionally, for a company that claims that the safety of their clients is one of their top priorities, to not go above and beyond when they fall short in that area is simply unacceptable. My son has been crying on and off since we left Tumble Jungle, and the fact that nothing was done to make up for this traumatic experience is truly disappointing. I expect that when they do see this (if they even bother to read it), they'll simply reference their waiver which - unsurprisingly - waives any liability with respect to faulty equipment. However, I think it's important for parents to not only be aware of the equipment-related risks that exist in Tumble Jungle, but to also be aware of the poor response measures in place when their risk mitigation strategies fall short. I honestly don't know if I'll return to Tumble Jungle in the future, nor do I know if I would recommend this facility to any parents. That honestly all depends on if they decide to make a genuine effort to redress the situation. read more

New to the area and looking for social activities for my 2.5 year old. Decided to do a trial class here, not impressed to say the least. Equipment was dirty. Foam pit made me cringe (wondering how it could be covid compliant). It was basically free play as the instructor had no interaction with the kids, was on her cell phone and even left the room at one point. Won't be back. read more

We had my daughter's 7th Birthday here a couple of week back and it was a great experience. We had 3 party hosts and they did a great job with keeping the kids engaged and having fun, and also helping me set up the party room just the way I wanted it. The facility was very clean and everyone was super nice and accommodating!! Thank you Tumble Jungle I would recommend you to everyone I know. I only wish that there was at least pizza included in the price. But other than that it was a great party!! read more

Everything was going well for my nephews 2nd birthday until almost leaving time. All of the kids and adults enjoyed themselves very much but, My sister was getting ready to pay & was missing some money & it turned out to be that an employee had stolen the money! I understand valuables are not allowed and that they are not responisble for lost or stolen money but that was the birthday boys money. Many were planning to book an event here but Sorry to say but don't think myself,her or any of her invites will be coming back here. read more

Horrible experience!!! We decided to celebrate our son's second birthday. From the very beginning the staff had lots of attitude. When we went to the gym the kids were just running around. No one was even trying to show them any kind of activity that they would do all together. But the worst part was that the it was freezing! Upon arrival some of the kids were just sitting as it was way too cold! As a result the birthday boy got a really bad cold the next day! I called Tumble Jungle few days after to ask what happened to the heat and was told that they've got new heating system installed that was not operating properly at the beginning of the party. Oh yeah!!! They also told me that at the end it got even hot!!! I had 10 families there complaining that is was way too cold!!! I need to say that we had a party at the end of December. So it is not ideal to pay for the venue where kids would not participate because of the cold!!! Never again!!! read more

What a disaster! We used the free trial and my daughter loved it. We were ready to sign up for a Saturday class. I called the day before to sign up and they told me to come in the next day. I took her because I wanted more information about a birthday party for our son as well. I show up and am told the class is full at 12 kids with no options. The young woman a the front desk was rude, and gave me no options. We come to find out they squeezed a 13th person into the class. I asked for the manager but she was not available. No one wanted my information. Just move on. With My Gym and Kids U out there, there are other options. read more
