They did not respond but instead sent texts asking what excursions were of interest to us. please book your transportation with your hotel or at least read reviews for this company. When you book your flight that there can be rush hour traffic in the hotel zone. The bridge opening could help with the traffic. The AC was running and was great to have on full blast from the heat. They even sent a VIP van to our hotel because they said they were in the area so not garuntee for that type of car but was a great surprise. For pick up at the airport they were a little hidden and at the back of all the pick up transfers so had to do a little bit of looking. Used the WhatsApp concierge to try and find them but didn't need it in the long run.
