Wow. Never have I been treated as rudely as I was by Ms. Atkins! Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!…read moreShe literally made her staff cry, made me cry, and made me feel incredibly judged. I actually had to leave her office and go elsewhere! She's condescending, extremely arrogant, and just not a nice person. I won't be treated like that! I honestly don't know how in the world she stays in business. She needs some professional counseling and legitimate soul-searching as to why she is the way she is. My advice: don't go here! Well, they certainly did, and we have had no issues whatsoever with the upgrades. They also replaced a light fixture, and several outlets that were there since the 1970's!
