When he installed the garage door I was impressed but when he installed the dining room one it was not the high lift that I wanted. Even the insulation sprayer told him that's not what we wanted. His response was "that's as high as it's going to go". When I saw it I called Joel and I asked if he could come over and fix the door and make it open closer to the ceiling he told me that he could not and that that's as high as will go. I told him that's not what I ordered and that that's not what we agreed on. He told me I should have ordered a bigger door if that's what I wanted. I asked him why this is the first I'm hearing of this and he brushed me off. I got a second opinion from Koehler door and he said he could install the door the way I wanted but it would cost me $400. So instead of telling Joel to come get his door we spent the money. When we asked Joel for a $400 rebate to fix what he said couldn't be done, his response was that he would not be coming back to install the motors. VERY unprofessional! I know most people won't read this entire review but I think I'm getting my $400 out of it. I gave Joel 2 opportunities to make this right and he chose not to.
