Sent a Yelp request on Friday afternoon (7 Apr) and Bryan showed up same day and provided an estimate the next day. I decided on Monday (10 Apr) to use Jr Roadrunner Construction and later that day he dropped off some materials to start work first thing next morning (11 Apr). I've never seen such hustle in my life. Three days and 22 hours later, brand new upgraded roof that looks fabulous. One of the hardest working people I've ever encountered, Bryan is intelligent, organized, thorough and pleasant with a great work ethic - along with his helper, Luis. They came out, measured the old roof, and explained and recommended the best replacement. We did wait a few months for the roof to arrive, but that was to be expected as we ordered a metal roof, and it's delivery delay was due to the pandemic. Once it was delivered, the Bass Brothers did not delay, they got right to work. They removed and replaced the rotted boards, nails, and gutters. I can not recommend her. She verbally contracted to clean up and re-stain the wood on the outside…read moreof the house. In the verbal bid she gave me was to fix the scratches on some doors on the interior of the house and reseal them with varathane. When she showed up to do the job she asked to be paid in cash, no checks. In between other jobs she came and did the wood on the outside over the course of a couple of weeks. She came for the last bit and said she wanted to be paid for the job. I asked her if she got all of the wood, she said yes. I then showed her the vigas that she had missed. She came back and did them and then wanted to be paid in full for the job. I asked her what a bout the interior doors. She replied that I told her I didn't want her to do those. What I had said was that I wanted to have the exterior done first and then the inside. She would not make an adjustment for not doing the interior. Get it in writing if you want to deal with her. She also dripped stain all over the walls while doing the vigas. Spilled a can of stain in the gravel as well. She said she would rake it out and did not. She is not a person of her word.
