JAV Construction does terrible work! No attention to detail, tried to hide mistakes...didn't think…read morea female would get on the roof to inspect their work. Never showed up when they said. Waited a week for a person who spoke English to show up to go over final inspection...no show. FINALLY got a call on Sunday at 3:45 they were at my house! Told them I wasn't home. They decided to come on my property and take pictures...none of the pictures showed the poor cuts that were done with a grinder....which voids the warranty of the metal company. (SHOULD HAVE USED METAL SNIPS). Cut the vent caps off and just set them back on hoping I wouldn't notice...I pointed it out and they screwed them back on without any circulation Now I have to replace. I can go on and on. RUIDOSO FOLKS STAY AWAY! Alex will tell you he will be here for inspection time...NOT! Told them not to come back to my property. I will get it done properly myself.

We purchased a house in Las Cruces from out of state. During the inspection the inspector said that…read morethere were issues with the drains on the flat roof. So the previous owner had A Mountain Roofing come out to do maintenance / repairs and the repairs that were supposed to be guaranteed! I can only imagine what the previous owner paid for said work. We had a leak so we contacted A Mountain Roofing. Name withheld came out to inspect their work / the drain and roof. He said that the pipe in the roof was cracked! Then proceeded to tell me that the roof needed OVER $20k in maintenance / repairs! The same person also told me that to fix the leak would be over $1,100.00 to repair and another $400.00 for drywall. We called another company and they came out then pulled the cover and inspected the drain. They asked to use the garden hose to run water in the drain just past where the roof meets the drain. They ran water for approximately 10 minutes with no leaking. And said that they would send a crew out to re-coat the inlet to the drain. Then that night we got rain and NO LEAKS. I then contacted the A Mountain employee and said that he was wrong and the issue was the coating around the inlet of the drain. He then accuse me of lying to him. Why would I lie to him? I just wanted the leak / drain fixed The company that fixed the leak charged $250.00 and asked if I knew the paint code or color so they could texture and paint. I told them I have paint and needed to do some touching up I will take care of that. Remember the quote from A Mountain of OVER $1,500.00 and that didn't include painting where the leak caused the paint to fall off. My worthless .02 cents is go ANYWHERE but A Mountain Roofing for roofing‼ The A Mountain employee was a smooth talker and a SALESMAN and could have cared less about the situation that should have been his responsibility! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

From start to finish, Taylor and his entire team demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality that is truly rare. What initially began as a roof replacement turned into something far more complex, and this is where their dedication truly stood out. Rather than simply addressing the surface issue, Taylor and his team took the time to thoroughly investigate and identify the root cause of the problem. It turned out the leaks were not just due to a previous roofing issue, but also related to the brickwork outlining the top of our home. Instead of overlooking this, they remained persistent and solution-focused until the problem was fully resolved. The craftsmanship throughout the project was outstanding. The stucco work was impeccable, blending seamlessly and elevating the overall appearance of our home. Inside, the ceiling repairs were handled with great care and precision; Jose's sheetrock work was exceptional, restoring everything beautifully and with evident pride in his work. Every member of the team was respectful, communicative, and highly professional. They showed up on time, kept the worksite clean, and treated our home with the utmost care throughout the entire process. Most importantly, we now have complete peace of mind; no more leaks, and our family home looks absolutely beautiful. Thanks to A Mountain Construction, our home is not only restored but truly market-ready.
