This is my second time dealing with whoever manages the phones and appointments and have…read moreexperienced the same failure in customer service. I spoke to her this morning and sent the photos she requested and she failed to respond to the text verifying she received them. I have been trying to call back since noon with no answer. I decided to drop by, It is 2:30 and they are shut down, even though their hours say they close at 5p.m. This business needs to hire a front desk person who cares about customer service. Had this been one interaction maybe I would have written it off, but two times now. I had to call Custom Overhead door in ABQ to see if they carried the weather seal I needed, not what home depot or Lowes carries.

Do not be fooled by Joel's good manners. I ordered 2 high lift doors, 1 for the garage and a full…read moreglass one for my dining room. Joel bragged about how he was very experienced with the glass doors and he had hung several in Alto. When he installed the garage door I was impressed but when he installed the dining room one it was not the high lift that I wanted. Even the insulation sprayer told him that's not what we wanted. His response was "that's as high as it's going to go". When I saw it I called Joel and I asked if he could come over and fix the door and make it open closer to the ceiling he told me that he could not and that that's as high as will go. I told him that's not what I ordered and that that's not what we agreed on. He told me I should have ordered a bigger door if that's what I wanted. I asked him why this is the first I'm hearing of this and he brushed me off. I got a second opinion from Koehler door and he said he could install the door the way I wanted but it would cost me $400. So instead of telling Joel to come get his door we spent the money. When we asked Joel for a $400 rebate to fix what he said couldn't be done, his response was that he would not be coming back to install the motors. VERY unprofessional! I know most people won't read this entire review but I think I'm getting my $400 out of it. I gave Joel 2 opportunities to make this right and he chose not to. He obviously doesn't care if his customers are happy. Please call Bob at Koehler door. He's super smart and would have been a lot cheaper if I would have ordered from him.

In the process of selling our home we had to have a well inspection done. Since it was the buyers…read morelending office that requested this inspection, we were not able to choose the company. We would've chosen our local company to come out and do this. After removing the pump, the electric and motor, we started having issues within a couple weeks. We called them back and they tell us we had to have a new pressure tank, which was barely 5 years old. Without being able to get a hold of us, they took it upon themselves to damage the old one and remove it and put a new one in, charging way above what you could get them for at the hardware store. Extremely dissatisfied

Kimberly is the RUDEST woman. She answered the phone and instead of being pleasant and asking how…read moreshe could help, she demanded to know why I was calling. I hung up as I don't have time nor desire to deal with rude people. She called me back 2x, leaving a nasty message telling me that I was rude as I asked for the business owner and she demanded that I never call back. NO wonder they need financial help - she is ruining what little reputation they have left!

I had removed a swamp cooler from the top of my house, and left a big hole in the roof. Jimmy reroofed the hole while Gary replaced some lost shingles. Thanks for a great experience dealing with a quality contractor.
