I called Bourbon plumbing regarding some outside faucet work that was going to involve cutting into…read morewalls according to other quotes that I had received. In other words, there was going to be more than just replacing the faucets. They were loose inside the walls and had become detached and needed to be replaced and reattached inside the wall. The receptionist at Bourbon plumbing was pleasant enough, but when I asked if somebody could come out and give us a quote or estimate on the job, her response was it was $95 an hour, and it would just be a service call. Two other plumbing businesses are going to give us an estimate. We have no idea how long it's going to take for them to do the construction work inside the wall and what all it's going to take, because this is an old house. I saw the great reviews for bourbon plumbing and was hoping that we might use them because of the quality of their work. Evidently they're doing so well, that they don't have time for estimates or extra business. Congratulations. Needless to say they may have done the best work, but we will never know

Thank you Danny you saved the day! He showed up late in the…read moreafternoon but was still able to replace our shower head and tub spout in about 30 mins. This was the 3rd trip Specialty Plumbing had made for this project with different people the first 2X. Granted, the 1st trip the fixtures were damaged when we received them. I reordered the same fixtures and 2nd trip the plumbers notified me I ordered the wrong parts. (Would have been helpful if I had been told that during the 1st trip) Called Moen and finally was told I needed to order all the fixtures separately since our connection was so old. Have used this company several times before and had good results.. Will still use them again.

I hired John from Danold Plumbing to repair a pinhole leak in the copper water line feeding my…read moreirrigation system. While the leak appears to have been repaired, I was disappointed with both the billing and the overall customer service. I was charged for more than an hour because the technician had to leave to obtain a small copper fitting, even though he arrived with a large parts trailer. I do not believe I should have been billed for time spent retrieving a basic repair part that should have been readily available. I was also charged for 45 minutes of initial on-site time, despite being told by the office beforehand that only 15 minutes would be billed. When I questioned the charges and asked why it took so long to return, John responded, "You're entitled to your opinion," which I found dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. In addition, after the repair was completed, one of my irrigation sprinkler heads became stuck in the open position due to debris left in the system during the repair. This required additional cleanup and further reinforced my concerns about the quality of the work. For now, the leak appears to be holding, and I am intentionally leaving the area unfilled so I can monitor it for any future leaks. While I appreciate that the leak itself seems to have been repaired, the unexpected charges, unprofessional customer service, and the additional issue with the sprinkler head left me with a poor overall experience. Based on this experience, I would not choose this company again or recommend their services.

Sent a Yelp request on Friday afternoon (7 Apr) and Bryan showed up same day and provided an estimate the next day. I decided on Monday (10 Apr) to use Jr Roadrunner Construction and later that day he dropped off some materials to start work first thing next morning (11 Apr). I've never seen such hustle in my life. Three days and 22 hours later, brand new upgraded roof that looks fabulous. One of the hardest working people I've ever encountered, Bryan is intelligent, organized, thorough and pleasant with a great work ethic - along with his helper, Luis. Kind of restored my faith in humanity a bit. If I could give a higher rating than "5" I would. Excellent job, Bryan Ruiz!
