From designing to install, Heather was a huge help. We went back and forth of different design ideas and placements of things. Once I finalized my choices, the install was quick. It has been months since my Tuff Shed building was delivered and installed. It was NOT built according to the final design plans and I am STILL having issues getting my warranty as they don't seem to know how to reconcile the final paperwork to reflect what was actually built. I purchased a 5x10 Premier Lean-To directly from Tuff Shed at the Escondido location. Domingo (our Salesperson) did an excellent job working with us on our purchase. The subcontractors assigned to construct the shed did a very good job. However, there was a problem with the pre-fabrication because the trim (2 panels) on one side was a few inches short. So, Tuff Shed had to send out one of its employees (Adam or Alan??) to come back and fix. He dd an excellent job. Overall, I'm very pleased with the structure. My only complaint is directed towards Griselda (the Scheduler). She needs to work on her people skills. Looking forward to using this shed for many years to come. read more

I put a lot of time effort and thought into this project. I've been wanting to do a studio in my backyard for years! And when I saw the commercial for Tuff Shed , I saw the perfect Studio / shed for my design. These guys are great when it comes to selling you something, but Service after the sale is in the septic tank. I will post a few pictures but as you can see the studio is beautiful. Tuff Shed had to come back several times... supposedly the project was supposed to be done in a few hours but turned into weeks for me. Lots of miscommunication between employees at Tuff Shed makes it almost impossible to get things scheduled and fixed right! So now my shed is going on 10 months old and it's still not complete. In fact the floor may get ruined if it rains another time on it. My deadbolt does not work, it's not lined up. I was told they would come back and adjust that and make a metal piece of flashing to cover the exposed wood floor. Neither have been done! read more

The only reason I am given a rating of 3 (2.5 wasn't an optioni) is because of the quality of the shed. Other than that the customer service was not what I expected. The sales rep didn't seem to care of what was going on with our order and I felt like I was on my own to get my order done. The way our order was handled was UNSAT and not only that but the order was put in wrong and we got the wrong colors. It doesn't seem like it is a big deal and it seems like it would be an even bigger hassle to get the issue fixed. Do your research and make sure you have someone really engaged to ensure your order is being handled the way you deserve. read more
