Unacceptable. When I told him the job wasn't complete, and now I have to move the shed on my own with my own people. He still demanded full price "cause he is out of his area." Meanwhile on Yelp if you look them up it will show that they easily cover Orange County. Save your time and money and go with someone who is actually a professional and finishes the job.

The communication throughout the entire process was atrocious. If you were lucky enough to get someone to call you back, everything they said was a lie. After the shed was built onsite, I discovered that, due to its size (12×20), a permit was required. When I inquired about this, they told me it was my responsibility to obtain the permits. Leaving such a crucial task up to the customer is absurd. I spent months going back and forth with them about permitting, which eventually required an engineer to approve the specs. Fortunately, I anticipated issues and documented everything--I have recordings and emails of all the lies I was told. One of the main representatives who misled me is no longer with the company, according to the last person I spoke with. Oh, and I was told that l'm a "difficult customer/project" and that's why I don't hear back. I guess demanding an update after 8 attempts of Months of trying makes me a "difficult customer/project" Beware of this company. There is no way they should continue their business practices this way. I strongly advise against using Ulrich Lifestyle.

This company will give you the best and most honest price on yelp in the San Bernardino area, with great service too. As you can see in my pictures my bus bars to the main panel burnt so much that it had a hole in them. It was shutting off electricity to the whole house. It was a mandatory replacement as every time I had to turn on the breakers back on it would send sparks flying in the main panel. I send the project out to over 10 electricians on yelp. Several of them said they could not find the part because this is a 20 year old panel and requested I replaced the whole panel. One guy quoted me 10k to replace the panel and he had a lot of 5 star reviews but was the most expensive. Now the only drawback with v-electric was when I send them a quote it took them longer to respond to my yelp quote request. Others responded in 2 hours they took a day or so - maybe they had too many projects to service. Fernando responded and said he had the parts. I was like how?? No electrician could find these parts. You know what 3 electricians came and spend 3 hours with 3 people and they made the parts to my bus bars- impressive. I have attached the photos of them doing that. They also balanced the electricity to my house with one side pulling way more than the other side. Now I have a fully functioning panel. They told me most electricians will not make the parts. First it is much cheaper than replacing the whole parts second it is hard work. I saw three of them working super hard making the parts and tweaking the panel. They finish the job in 3 hours. They filter & screen their rocks for consistent sizes also. That was a deciding factor for me. A lot of gray crushed rock at the other places were to varried in size and most on the smaller side. Most of mine were between 3"-4". Customer Service is great and unique. You can talk with a Sales person over the phone and/or go directly to the yard to view/purchase your rocks.
