Just stoped in to get a price for a shed, we are shopping not just looking. Jonathan Melendez treated us like we were an inconvenience. He didn't give us much pricing when asking about options he would respond "that's additional" and no follow up . We asked about the display sheds and sizing he didn't even offer to show them to us or explain them. I would have really liked a thorough run down on pricing the way I want my shed so I can get everything in order and just come back and buy. Everything we asked received a one word response without actually answering it. We will buy a shed but not from here! read more

I have 4 reviews. SALES - Tonjia our sales representative was AWESOME. Very thorough. My shed had all the small details I needed. She kept in close contact with me and paid attention to all that I wanted and followed through on everything. DELIVERY/INSTALLATION - The installation was delayed 2 days. NOT GOOD AT ALL. I was expecting my shed to be installed on Friday and it was not until Sunday was it completed. This caused 2 days off of work and a delay in completing my chicken coop. With the COVID issue right now I understand that the first team could not complete the job, thus the reason for the Saturday install. Then when the installers unloaded the truck on Saturday, the floor was not the correct floor, and this caused my install to be delay another day. UNACCEPTABLE. FOLLOW UP PHONE CALLS - When I got my follow up call, I mentioned the fact that the install was delay and what they were going to do to compensate me for the 2 days. I also mentioned that the Dutch needed to be repaired according to the installers. They sent out someone from warranty THAT DAY!!! and fixed it. Still no word on the compensation for the 2 day delay. CONSTRUCTION - I expected top quality for the money I paid. I have bad splintering and splitting boards. It looks like they found lots of bad lumber and used whatever pieces to put it together. I am very unhappy about this. I wish I had looked at the details of the interior after the install so they could have fixed it also. Let's see if they do. read more

Today 3/22/18, I went into the Palmdale Store to purchase a small shed for my backyard. When I walked in the lady came out of her office and looked at me up and down with looked like disgust on her face. It set me back for a moment but I still asked her about this certain shed in front. She told me "you need to go back home and bring me measurements" I told her I don't need measurements I want that shed out front and how much will it be to have it installed. She doesn't know and handed me a brochure and told me to look it up and walked away. I never felt so humiliated, I could never see my self ever buying anything from a company who treats there customer like that. If they can't vent out racism or whatever it maybe I can't do business with them. I will keep posting my ordeal until... read more

Stopped at the Palmdale, CA Tuff Shed store in May. We wanted the shed for CALIFORNIA CITY. Tonjia Jeffery was very welcoming, and had clear answers to our questions, and even clarified some before we thought to ask. We toured the models on site, and then completed the order, using the online draft we'd started at home. She gave us realistic expectations of the construction, about the contractors who would set up our shed, and the contact information we might need. The only less then 5 star was due to the Bakersfield plant, they did not communicate about a delay, at 11 AM (delivery was to be 8-11AM). But on the rescheduled day, the crew that came, worked hard, clarified details with my husband, and did an excellent clean up. Ordering time to actual delivery time about 6 weeks. I suggest setting up an appointment with Tonjia at the Palmdale store/yard. You will be very satisfied. read more

We had two barn style Tuff Sheds on our Tehachapi property and loved them. Our present space did not allow such large buildings, but the Premier 8 x 14 suits our needs perfectly. To be honest, #2 son and I could have built a similar shed in a week, but the quality of materials and craftsmanship, the 7-year warranty, and getting it put up in 5 hours is more than worth it. Needed a new shed and determined that they price these things so high so that they can make a 90% profit margin by claiming this is the best. Well for 1/4 of the price and weekend concrete pour and framing we built a new shed that was superior to the construction. I recomend you shop around! read more
