We had a very difficult project dating back to to the 2018 hail storm. We contacted all the "Big" guys in town and was basically told they only wanted the roof and weren't really interested in the other aspects of our project. Then I contacted Corey with Trifecta Roofing and Construction it was like night and day. He gave me some solutions others never mentioned and said he could handle the entire project. I gave him the job and he took care of everything and couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the service. The personal attention we recieved from the owner Corey on daily basis through out the entire job was amazing! We highly recommend you give these guys a shot, I bet you will extremely happy.

Always on time and a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. We started with just a roof, then we did some gutters, and he got us some flooring installed also! We couldn't be happier with the service and workmanship. He is now our go-to guy to get things done on our house and our rentals.

Unfortunately, our experience with BAM Construction was extremely disappointing, and based on our…read moreexperience, we cannot recommend them. The biggest issue was communication and scheduling. Sherry repeatedly failed to properly read our messages and did not effectively communicate with us or the contractor about scheduling or what work needed to be done. In the middle of the project, we went several days without hearing anything, leaving us with an unusable kitchen and no clear timeline for completion or even confirmation that anyone was coming back. It took multiple messages, including demanding either a refund or completion that week, before we finally received a response. When they did return, we received only about 15 minutes' notice. What should have been a simple 3-4 day countertop and backsplash project turned into a two-week project, with much of that time spent with no one working and us unsure whether or when the project would be completed. We also caught the contractor providing inaccurate information on multiple occasions, which damaged our trust. More than $600 worth of materials we personally purchased were disposed of without our permission, and we had to track them down and attempt to recover them. After losing confidence in the contractor, we requested someone else be assigned. We then went two days without a response. The owner, Adam, repeatedly said he would call at specific times, but those calls did not happen. When we called, we were told to text instead and often received little or no response. Even after completion, cabinet doors the crew had removed were left off, and we had to ask them to reinstall them and put the dishwasher back. The crew also damaged our garbage disposal, requiring us to have an electrician come out and repair it. Our old countertops were also left in our dumpster, resulting in neighbor complaints and involvement from City of Lubbock Code Enforcement regarding proper disposal of the demolition materials. Overall, this project was far more stressful than it should have been due to poor communication, scheduling issues, repeated delays, inaccurate information, unauthorized disposal of our materials, incomplete work, and difficulty getting anyone to respond. For a straightforward kitchen remodel, we expected much better professionalism, communication, honesty, and follow-through. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend BAM Construction based on our experience.

I was promised some things in the contract before the but found once the started. They were trying to pull back and charge me certain extras that we had agreed would be included in the price. None of the workers that showed up were local or English speaking. So communication was very difficult. I had issues after was installed, and it was very apparent at that time that this company really didn't know a whole lot about metal . I explained to them that water was not rolling off my back patio in the proper manner and was cupping underneath the ceiling of my covered patio creating water damage as time went on. They couldn't offer me an educated explanation as to why that was happening nor could they give me a decent remedy for fixing the problem. After a lot of wasted time. Coming down to Austin from Lubbock (their home base) after a hail storm should have been a red flag especially when they didn't have a local crew. My personal opinion is that maybe they grew too fast and lost the roots of the business which would be customer service as well as learning how to manage money. I'm not terribly surprised that unfortunately they're in the position. They are now. Good news is I found a wonderful local company. That is very educated in metal roofing. I had the six months ago and they have given 100% plus in customer service and meeting all of my needs... And the water is flowing perfect off the patio now. way to go Green Knight Metal Roofing
