She had some great suggestions and even shared her experience she's had with different types of materials and how they wore over time and how they'd combine with the other elements of the kitchen. He was good at communicating with us throughout the whole process. After we got our original bid, Hurmon came back and said the carpet would be cheaper since the quote he got for it went down.
